The entire staff was so friendly, especially Dr. Iyengar. It’s always nerve wracking to try finding a new doctor when you move to a new area, but she was amazing. She listened to my concerns, encouraged me, and genuinely cared for my well being. I would recommend her to anyone!
Dr. Iyengar & her office has always welcomed me with the best service. Thank you!
She is great! St Vincent's has implemented several very non customer friendly policies! Requiring insurance cards presented at each visit when most companies are paperless and requiring payment when there is a balance outstanding that is not Past due. Crazy
She is wonderful.
pleasant and attentive, very caring.
She is wonderful
My prescription was called in with the wrong dosage. Also, now my husband is receiving my email notifications instead of me (I wanted hard copy notifications instead of email: instead, they seem to have started using my emergency contact address as my primary contact information.)
Dr.Iyengar made me feel very comfortable. She listened to my condition patiently. She answered all the questions I had. I felt at home speaking with her. She is far from my residence, but I still picked her to be my PCP.
She is very friendly and interested in your wellbeing.
She was warm and very detailed
First, the nurse is very approachable and friendly, setting a welcoming tone. Dr. Iyengar was very grounded, asking a lot of questions and following the answers to create a clear picture of what my problem was. In turn, she was willing to answer my questions. What I appreciate about Dr. Iyengar is that she considers the whole body, not just the symptoms/
Very caring Doctor, not rushed, very competent associate ( nurse )
My Visit with Dr. Iyengar was great .
Came in with a soar throat/cold symptoms. Performed a quick strep test and she showed me how the results indicated I had strep (yeah me). Send the penicillin rx over to CVS digitally, and it was ready when I got there.
Dr. Iyengar gives you her full attention.
I do not believe this provider adequately listens to your concerns. I was not taken seriously, in fact when I was bleeding for 3 consecutive weeks and went to be checked, she legitimately laughed at me. I was not examined, she made a guess as to what could be the problem and sent me on my way. This happened more often than not, I would not recommend her as a primary care physician.
I felt like she didn't care about my concerns. when I asked questions about medications, she wouldn't take the time and actually answer my questions. I specifically told her I did NOT want to go back on a medication, and what does she do? IGNORED my request and once again prescribed me the same medication. Beyond disappointed, I am looking for a new doctor.
Very polite. Very assuring. She definitely made you know that she cares.
