This was my first time using zocdoc so I was a little nervous to see a Dr. I never heard about before. The lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful and they took me to my room right after I finished filling out my paperwork. I only waited for my Dr. for 5 minutes so hardly any wait time. Kaydi Gaines was fantastic. i explained what was going on and she did a full examination and was able to prescribe me some stuff to help. She was great with explaining everything in great detail and she made sure I understood everything in the end. She will be my go to going forward for sure!

She was nice but definitely in a rush. I had concerns and questions that I didn’t get a chance to bring up and she put me on a derm program without explaining options or why that program would fit me. I don’t want to have to make another derm appt with another person and spend another co-pay, so I’ll try what she suggests because she’s the expert, but I much prefer doctors who feel present to me and explain why they’re suggesting what they’re suggesting.

Everyone here is so awesome! I came in for a extremely painful cystic pimple that had been bothering me for almost a week. I was given a cortisone shot to help the swelling go down. Kaydi also took a look at a rash that I’ve been getting on and off and was able to give me some tips on how to manage it.

Kaydi was the second dermatologist I've seen at this office and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. I've had mixed experience at dermatologist offices in NYC and find that I'm sometimes treated quickly and with less attention because I'm there for something minor and not for any treatment. That has not at all been the case here, and I've received nothing less than respect and great care. Kaydi was no different - she was extremely professional and I left feeling very reassured.
