This NP has GREAT bedside manner. So approachable and really spends time to listen to you and think of the besttreatment plan. They DO NOT rx controlled substances without a specialist, which is a little inconvienent, but it's completely understandable.

She was very attentive and listened to my concerns/symptoms before proposing an action plan and making the appropriate referrals. She took her time and was thorough.

I saw Khadra for a cough I'd had for three weeks. I was in really bad shape. She was perfectly fine during my appointment. She was very competent, professional, and steadfast. However, of the four medications she told me she wouldprescribe, there were issues with two of them. The pharmacist didn't get a prescription for the z-pack (the whole reason I went to see her) and one of the other prescriptions wasn't written correctly. My pharmacist followed up immediately, but the office was already closed (on a Saturday) and there was no emergency line. I ended up having to go to CVS MinuteClinic the next morning, so I could get my z-pack.

The nurse practitioner was very nice, welcoming and knowledgeable, but i am frustrated with the office because I feel like I wasted my money. I wanted three things- a Pap smear, std testing and a yeast/bacterial infection culture and I gotnone of those. I actually called the office prior to the appointment and asked if she could provide those things for me even though she wasn’t an obgyn and they said yes. I cancelled an appointment I had with another doctor because I felt more comfortable with a woman. Then I got none of the things I wanted and will have to spend more time and money elsewhere to get what I wanted in the first place. I called ahead to avoid this very situation, was clear about what I wanted (I even asked twice on the phone to be sure about all three reasons for my visit) and ended up with 5-10 minutes of talking instead. I don’t think I should have to pay for this visit because I did not receive the services I specifically inquired about prior to the appointment as it was too late in the day. I was not made aware of this time constraint on the phone. Also, I was offered two prescriptions for both an antibiotic and a yeast infection pill for an infection that I was told I probably don’t have based on talking about my symptoms.

Professional, friendly, knowledgable, really listened to my needs. She asked important questions about my past medical history, which showed my she not only cared, but was being extra maticulous about her prognosis. Definitely recommend.

The first time I saw her she was unable to help me right away but we put together a plan and scheduled a follow up visit where she gave me the impression she would be able to help at that time.I gave her all the info she would need to do her job. On my follow up visit she made it sound like I hadn't followed her instructions and refused to help, nor did she show any signs of concern for my situation. I'm not certain why she took my copay and my time when an email would have sufficed. I would not recommend her if you need help.
