Dr. Nikiforov was the exact sort of doctor I was hoping to see - kind, thorough, and highly attentive. I had no problem opening up to him and I trust the plan we arrived at for my treatment. I've been seeing positive improvements already and look forward to my next meeting with him.
Dr. Nikiforov has amazing bedside manners and conducts a very thorough consultation. You will feel like you were cared for and all aspects of your medical care have been taken into consideration. My first visit he spent 1 hour with me. It’s a great location, cozy waiting room and highly quality of care. I highly recommend!
He is specified to tread bipolar disorders and is in my network, which is why I made an appointment to be connected to services. After speaking with me he told me I was “the real deal” and have a “complex presentation” and said they treat “lighter” things, even when he is listed as specializing in bipolar disorders. The process of the first time meeting is always very stressful, I was stressed out, and I continually vocalized my stress level and he seemed to disregard this for his own protection. I was made to feel like I was a liability when I am a human showing emotion trying to reach out and become connected to services and medication. I hate Zocdoc.
Dr. Niki is great. He understands my desire to not be on medications and is helpful in creating a plan to have as little of reliance on chemicals as possible. His staff are all so nice. I was a bit confused on where the office is, feels more like an office building than a medical office.
Haven't been seeing him very often, but so far, so good. He is cordial and takes time to answer questions if needed. Office staff also seem friendly.
Nice guy. Terrific first visit - I look forward to more.
Dr Nikiforov is a knowledgeable and kind psychiatrist. He is a specialist in his fields and is able to evidence empathy and humility. This is an important factor in choosing a provided.
Super helpful! Would recommend.
All of his reviews were right on the money. I look forward to seeing him next month.
Dr. Nikiforov was great! I'll be continuing to go see him as long as I need. His office was open on the weekend which was very convenient and the staff there are very friendly.
Great experience! Dr. Nikiforov was very thorough, kind and thoughtful—I've already recommended him to friends and colleagues! He also offers evening appointment slots which makes scheduling very convenient. His office staff were also knowledgeable and made the admin tasks (like processing insurance) easy to understand and quick to take care of.
I've seen many a mental health professional over the last 15 years. He made me feel comfortable, he was professional, but kind. He was understanding and not standoffish, like some are. highly recommend.
Kind and efficient psychiatrist. The office was professional and Dr. Nikifrov seems like a doctor I could easily work with to improve my mental health. Will be returning.
i thought he was calm and thoughtful. if you are looking for someone mushy, he's not for you. but he's to the point and he seemed to be listening to what i was saying. i felt comfortable talking with him and that he was listening to me. i believe he wants to help me.
Dr Nikiforov is highly professional, experienced, with great bedside manner. He’s sensitive to the subtleties of depression, anxiety and bipolar illness. He does not pathologize or stigmatize people who are diagnosed, but rather sees the whole person. As a professional in the field, I waded through many psychiatrists to find him and am relieved that he accepts my insurance. I can’t say enough positive things!
Dr. Niki had the best bedside manner. He was so understanding, not judgmental, and so receptive to my needs and concerns. What a wonderful doctor. I'll be back to see him soon!
Ultra caring and thorough Dr, I would definitely recommend him.
From the moment I stepped into the office I felt comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant. All of the staff were extremely professional and warm. Dr. Nikiforov was very attentive to my needs and I would definitely recommend him to others. I will be seeing him again! He was great. Thank you Dr. Nikiforov!
Great experience -- the entire office was extremely kind, and Dr. Nikiforov made me feel completely comfortable. I had no wait time at all, and he genuinely listened to all of the reasons for my appointment, and assured me that these were all solvable! So pleased to have found this office.
Very helpful to understanding symptoms and giving proper treatment
Dr. Nikiforov was wonderful. It's nice to trust and feel comfortable talking to someone so quickly!
