Very friendly staff, was checked on while in waiting room. Did not wait more than 15 minutes and while waiting I had the chance to look at some glasses. When taken for my check up the person checking my eyes made sure to clean everything after the last patient and did not rush. Took time making sure I felt confident in my results, very friendly and treated me with respect. After my results where done I was able to look at the glasses again and was not rushed, any questions I had were answered. Will return for any checkups or emergencys I might have in the future, staff were super friendly and made one feel comfortable.

The receptionist repeatedly told me that my insurance would not pay for another pair of glasses for another year. I told her that was not correct. My rx changed. I also informed her that all that needed to be done was a prior authorization per illinicare. She insisted I was misinformed! I repeatedly had to ask her for the new prescription Dr. Berry wrote for me. Finally I received it. The girl did not even call illinicare to verify! I took my prescription and had an eye are provider call for prior authorization an needless to say my new script is on the way?? The receptionist should have left her attitude at home and gladly verified for coverage.
