Dr. Hall listened attentively and was able to get my blood drawn and refer me to 2 doctors within a span of 30 minutes. Wait time is fast if you schedule an early appointment.
Dr. Hall was very professional and I enjoyed my visit with him.
Instead of Lawrence Hall, they had me see Firoozeh Dastmalchi in the same practice, and she was excellent! Super fun! really great at explaining what she's doing and what needs to be done. I'd highly recommend her and expect to keep her as my normal doctor.
Overall a great experience. Was in and out quickly. I thought the dr was very friendly and very willing to make sure she thoroughly evaluated my symptoms before sending me on my way.
Wait time was really long, about 40 min. The actual appointment was fine. Recommend if you are looking for a doctor and work nearby. Just keep in mind you might be waiting for a while
Quick and easy visit for an annual check up. Dr. Hall was friendly and courteous.
From new patient to Annual checkup in one hour. Fast, professional, and (to a layman) comprehensive. I booked on zocdoc 18 hours ago and now I'm all checked up! His capable staff is really the most important part of that as most of the checkup stuff is done with them (Incl dealing with my bcbsil insurance).
I actually saw another doctor at Dr. Hall's practice who was amazing. Great bedside manner, listened well, made me felt very well taken care of. Would definitely keep him in my list of doctors. :)
I didn't enjoy my visit and won't be returning.
It was with Dr Grainge. She was great. But the wait was bad.
Dr. Hall is thorough and listens very well. He knows to test when he doesn't know something and is more on the preventative medicine side, I would say. He was the only doctor I went to, out of half a dozen, that used common sense when dealing with a prescription issue of mine. Having just moved to the state, I was in desperate need of a certain medication which, due to absurd California state laws, no one would even entertain my problem. I sent Dr. Hall my records and explained to him my problem and he understood immediately and knew I wasn't trying to pull one over him. He was the only one who listened and used reason and logic. Truthfully.
great service, fast and to the point and that's all I want
Super nice and prof.
They are friendly and prompt about responding to questions.
My appointment is at 9:00AM, and I waited til 10:10AM at waiting area, and another 20 minutes in the exam room.
Quick, efficient, kind, and informative
Overcharged me and I had to go back to my insurance provider to get them to reimburse
Zoc doc had the wrong availability on the site, the office called me to let me know they wouldn't be able to see me for another hour, fortunately I was able to get in 30 mins after.
Long wait time
He did not make sure I understood what was wrong with me.
Felt like it was a very unfriendly atmosphere.
He very audibly announced my (embarrassing) symptoms to me outside of the exam room at the reception desk as he was explaining the prescription should take care of it. Mind you, we had already privately discussed this inside the exam room. Unprofessional and embarrassing!
I got tossed around between two doctors. I specifically came in for tests, which were never ordered. It was a a complete waste of time, and the second doctor was completely insesitive. He kept screaming my results with the door open. The first doctor was doctor Hall, and I liked him but have no idea why I didn't have him second. Definitely never coming back here.
Terrible service, had no idea what my diagnosis was.. Better of searching Google on my own. Oh and for a kicker, one of his secretary gave me the wrong antibiotics. Lucky for me the girl that checked me out caught the mistake as I was paying. Check your meds people!
The trip was a complete waste of my time. I didn't receive what I came for but I still had to pay.
Great doctor -knowledgable , to the point , and a very good listener
Did not seem to care much, very mechanical to the point he almost didn't examine my area of problem which I had stated in forms and in the appointment request. No empathy whatsoever when delivering bad news
A very comforting experience
I had to explain the dosage schedule of the common vaccine I was receiving.
Appointment was scheduled for 10.15am. I didn't see the doc until 11am. Is this normal? I don't know. The staff was professional and courteous.
The doctor was fine I would go back
Excellent - obviously extremely experienced and sensible. I feel like I really lucked out here. As a professional myself (I'm and Architect), his professional manner was impressive but friendly.
My visit was interrupted twice within 10 minutes. I was very disappointed with the nursing staff. They talk over you on the phone, were fairly condescending, and difficult to understand. Their billing was unprofessional. I have to pay three separate invoices, which has never happened to me for a basic visit. They were requesting payments prior to doing diligence with my insurance company. They tried to get me to pay more than the billed amount over the phone after they had my credit card number. I felt like the nurse couldn't understand my concern and was trying to rush me off the phone. I won't be back there again.
Ok but not great. Waited, office staff were pleasant but disorganized
He was very pleasant and easy to talk to and his office staff tried to accomodate my insurance needs.
Dr. Hall was friendly, quick and efficient in providing my annual checkup. I was quickly passed on to the lab team for sample collections and a flu shot. The initial wait time was longer than I would have liked (about 20 minutes) but everything else was solid.
Don't be conned by their availability. They will call you up and try and change the time. The receptionist seemed at wits end and said the dr would not change.
He was friendly and professional. He was thorough in his questioning of my symptoms and was patient.
Office staff is very nice.
He was very polite and got to the bottom of the issue right away. I saw him for what I knew would be a quick trip (test + antibiotic prescription), so he was great for that, but I'm not sure if I'd see him for a longer-term issue.
I was so appreciative to see Dr. Hall within two hours of an online search, while traveling away from home.
Rushed me in and out, probably spent a total of 10 minutes with me. Didn't even give me any medication and just referred me to someone else. Waste of my time
Doctor visit itself was great. The paperwork at the beginning is a little monotonous, but I haven't found a doctor that does this right yet.
All paper office. No EMR. As a result, inefficiency rules the day: duplicate entries, etc.
Friendly and efficient.
Dr Hall's office was well run, I didn't have to wait past my appointment time, he listened to my symptoms and asked all the important questions but I was in and out in no time. Great experience overall!
