There was a weird divide between getting an eye health appointment and getting a vision appointment. I wasn't allowed to both get an eye health evaluation and also a new prescription. Then they didn't send an invoice until *one year later*.
Be prepared for an up-sale. I noticed every patient left with a purchase of an item or two from her office (over the counter products). I must say, the eye cleanser I purchased from them was $1 cheaper than what I found at my local pharmacy. I guess you can look at it as a win-win situation... but the wait is way too long!
Made Appt. to check on a possible pair of glasses VSP insurance. hjc
Wait time was about an hour and a half until I saw the dr. Will definitely not be returning
had long wait at the office, which was fine. Then i had the fastest "eye exam" in my life. I was only asked to read one line on the screen with my glasses on. umm ok? After getting my eyes dilated I was informed that I will have to do some more extensive tests in another office, which is ok, i appreciate that they are being thorough. Two days before the appointment, i was told that the doctor cannot make it to the appointment and have to reschedule. Fine. Now I just checked my medical claims. Got two "extended opthalmoscopy" charges (why TWO?). and one charge for "eye exam and & treatment". WHAT TREATMENT? I didn't even get a prescription for my glasses.
Completely unprofessional, way too salesy. She tried to pressure me into paying for some expensive clinical trial without actually explaining what it was or why it was the right treatment for me. Thinking back on it, she actually had me watch a video on the benefits of this trial before even evaluating me.
One of the few ophthalmologists that took the time (beyond the a interview time; towards the end of the day) to help me correct my difficult to treat vision problems (2 hours). This is a rarity, as I've had many ophthalmologists give up and go for the 'quick' prescription. I was given options and pros/cons every step of the way.
Dr. Lillie is my favorite doctor in the world. She is amazing. I would most likely be blind without her. If you need a doctor who really cares and who will truly help you - call doctor Lillie Mosaddegh.
I thought Dr. Mosaddegh and Dr. Lee who performed the eye exam were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them as physicians. The office itself though was very disorganized and seemed poorly run. There was a lot of waiting at various points in time. My appointment was at 2:30pm and I didn't leave the office until close to 5pm. There seemed to be a good deal of confusion and miscommunication between the staff itself as well. Lastly, I asked the woman at the front desk at least three times to email me a copy of my prescription and she assured me that she would but I never received it.
Overall, the staff was very professional and helpful. I was seen first by a technician for a quick eye exam, returned to the waiting room, and then fetched for a more detailed one. Then, sent to look at frame and lens options for glasses. Finally I had a quick meeting with Dr. Mosaddegh. Everyone was nice, but it did take a very long time (over 2 hours).
She was wonderful! :)
Dr. Lillie and her assistant are very professional and very helpful. They explained me very well for the root causes of my problems and the more natural way I can get that cured.
Very professional and staff too. I didn't ever wait more than five or ten minutes and was out in an hour including seeing two staff members plus dr.
Her commitment to patient care is very obvious. She is very detailed in her descriptions of what she is doing and what she has found.
I thought they were very helpful and caring.
Very tactical service. Did not demonstrate credible evaluation. Very disappointed.
5 star ophthalmologist
Very knowledgable and professional physician. Her entire team was very welcoming and professional as well. Highly recommended!
Dr. Mosaddegh is among the finest physicians I've met in my 61 years. She listens. She treats the whole person. She inspires hope and confidence. What a passionate professional she is!
Dr. Lee, who gave me the eye exam and reviewed my case, asked questions no doctor has asked yet. I think she helped me get closer to solving my issue. Dr. Mosaddegh, armed with Dr. Lee's assessment, dug even deeper and now I have a plan of action. My visit was a really good experience of people who are not only passionate about the science, but are sympathetic. You feel like someone actually heard you and wants to make a difference in the quality of your life. Wow! Nice. Finally!
I could not have asked for a better doctor to see me. Dr Mosaddegh told me what she suspected was going on. In addition laid out a number of medical options. I am very satisfied with how I was treated and would recommend her to anyone needing her services.
Very professional and great experience. Provided me with a lot of good information and answered all my questions.
I saw Dr. Lee. She was great! Very friendly in a genuine way.
She's a eye surgery specialist and rarely sees general consultations. She only makes time to see general consultations thanks to ZocDoc.
