The staff did not inform me that I was not supposed to eat anything prior to the appointment for lab work. Therefore, it was a waste of my time going to my appointment as nothing was done.

DO NOT COME HERE. Incredibly rude staff who will ignore you completely upon entry if you’re not Asian. I was ON TIME for my 10:45 appointment. It’s now 12:34 and I STILL haven’t been seen. I’ve watched SIX people come in after me and be seen before me. This doctor and staff should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT COME HERE.

Doctor Liu was really good i would totally see her again. This is not a standard American doctors office, this doctor generally serves people who speak mandarin cantonese. I felt that i received great treatment and that they were easy to work with. However, if you are not ok with dealing with people who have accents, you should not go here. i overheard a customer complaining and being very angry for this exact reason.
Dr. Liu was very responsive to my needs and had great bedside manner. What I appreciated the most was that she listened to my input on my health and worked with me to come up with solutions (rather than ignoring me and coming up with something on her own). She also didn't try and push me out the door immediately but took the time to perform tests just to make sure I didn't have a more serious ailment. If you're looking for a doctor who is a good generalist and will take your thoughts and suggestions on your own health very seriously, I would suggest Dr. Liu.
