Dr. Goldberg came into the office within 5 minutes and spent several minutes with me. I did not feel rushed. I have seen him before and find him to be a very thorough and caring doctor.
Dr. Goldberg and his team are professional, warm and thorough. If I can't get into my PCP, I know I will have a great experience here.
All went as planned and scheduled. Reception, Nurse, and Dr. were all very good. I was very happy.
Doctor examined my son's throat and broke the tongue depresser in my son's mouth. He had no bedside manner. Nursing staff was nice.
Dr. Goldberg went above and beyond to provide medical care for me. I think I found my new primary care physician. Faith restored in the medical profession!
If your paying out of pocket DO NOT bother. He immediately treats you as a drug seeker if your on medical assistance I drove an hour and he gave me nothing but referrels that my insurance does not accept. Horrible experience and I would have been happy with a pain relief cream for my hands or ibprofin 800. Rude, old and loosing his knowledge.
Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for annual check up but was billed as urgent care.
I am from New York but visit family often in NJ. Actually waited a day linger to go to doc cause prefers to go here..and hoping to see Dr. Goldberg . I will say others there are great too . Dr. Goldberg assesed my condition with patience, knowledge, and compassion . He explained everything very clearly . I highly recommend him and this medical facility .
I am not sure what the point of making an appointment is online when you show up for your appointment and they don't take you in for 45 minutes then you wait an additional 20 minutes in the exam room waiting for the doctor to come on. I left work early and scheduled this for a specific time for no apparent reason. I also wasn't happy that after I filled out all of my paperwork in advance online and they still made me fill out a pile of papers in the doctor's office.
Everyone was very nice and helpful, even took the time to answer my 10 year olds questions ??
The wait time was absolutely ridiculous. Also, I overheard him stopping by the room next door to say "hi" before coming to my room. This turned into a 20+ minute delay. There was a student with him who I was never asked if it was okay nor introduced to him.
Excellent .. Am so happy I went. Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and kind. I have always had good experiences here.
I saw Dr. Rego because Goldberg was out. Rego so incredibly kind and caring with everything. Would definitely see him again.
The front desk staff and nurses were amazing and very helpful with my insurance questions and paperwork I needed. Highly recommend to anyone who needs to be seen and can't wait for an appointment.
Very easy to set up an appointment. All paperwork is handled by the staff and co-pay is covered by credit cards.
- Excellent medical attention - Highly Professional team - Small play-yard for kids/toddlers - Only thing I did not like is the long wait time but it is okay considering this is an Urgent Care Facility - Highly recommended
This is a good facility but I never wait less than an hour when I go and I always make an appointment. I wish the wait time could be better managed.
I was the only patient waiting, and yet they kept me waiting to the point that I went out into the hallway to ask when the doctor would come to see me. It seemed as though they had forgotten I was there. When the doctor did come in, he had forgotten to check the results from the strep test, which is why I came in the first place and the only reason there should have been any wait at all. I spent an hour at the office and less than 2 collective minutes with the doctor.
Dr. Rego took care of me. He was excellent!
The Doctor was as usual great. The appointment however was lost and not honored. People with appointments later than mine were jumped ahead. This is exactly the same thing as last time I made an appointment.
All personnel were wonderful, from the first I walked in the door! THANK YOU I am calling them to thank them.
I'm happy with this office! Service was excellent from the moment I stepped in the door until the appointment was concluded.
Never any issues here, great facility.
Great office, very professional offices and staff. I was a walk in and only waited 30 minutes - which I think was great! Definitively will use this practice for my primary care team.
Visit to office was fine. I had a minor issue and the staff who attended to me were very efficient and professional.
I was very please with my visit, as Doctor Goldberg treated me thoroughly and prescribe the best medicine for my symptoms.
Very pleased. The office staff is very professional. They were able to accurately and efficiently diagnose my son.
The waiting room was full when I arrived. Being an Urgent Care facility, I expected to have to wait, even with an appt. I was however taken sooner then some that came before me because I had an appt.
Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.
Just what I needed!
Very thorough and accurate. A pleasure and very helpful.
