Everything was great. He was very patient and knowledgeable.
He was great!! I usually see another doctor at this office but they were all booked up. I needed to be seen ASAP and Dr. Berrios was my only option. He was friendly, answered all of my questions, and was very thorough. I think I may make him my permanent PCP. Definitely recommend!!
Dr. Berrios always listens and addresses my concerns. He's one of the best doctors I have seen.
It's easy to converse with Dr. Berrios and he gives clear answers to questions. I like that we can explore the options and next steps without the superiority some doctors exude.
My experience with Luis Berrios was very pleasant. Hey was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly.

First visit with Dr. Berrios and felt like I known him for years. This Dr. is very down to earth and has no problem listening to the patient. I will be definitely returning to his office again.
Very attentive! Great visit!
He's Awesome very understanding and take his time he cares...
Hard to judge much in one short visit, but so far all was very good.
Dr. Berrios (he has a doctorate's in nursing practice--I didn't realize until I saw him) is great. He is very genuine and seems to really care. He has a couple of appts after 5 every week, which makes going to the doctor much easier for me. I've finally found a PCP after years of going here there an the other.
I loved my visit he really cared about what I had to say and did not rush me out took the time to see what medications where the perfect match for me
He's a very caring and concerned individual
Dr. Berrios was through and polite. Covered what I needed covered and got me on my way quickly.
He was superb! Couldn't ask for better
I saw Dr. Berrios for about a year, and he did everything he could to help me out, including try to get me a referral despite it being difficult in this city. He's always letting you in on what's going on in your plan of care, what potential side effects there are if medication is involved. It amazed me that even after finally semi-resolving the referral issue, he continued to have the office call and check-in every-so-often. Unfortunately, my situation was complex, and I needed to be referred to a specialist; however, had I been able, I would have preferred to stay with Dr. Berrios. He did a lot for me, and I'm extremely grateful for that. The office staff were awesome, too. Roxanne and Dani were always professional, and they knew who I was, even remembered details from previous conversations during previous visits, when I came in again. I recommend Dr. Berrios 1000%.
Dr. Berrios is a very kind & laid back doctor with great bedside manner. He answered my questions & also gave me a thorough explaination of my diagnosis & the medications he was prescribing. Would highly recommended this doctor!
Great visit, felt comfortable talking with him as well as the Student Training with him. They asked great questions and gave me good recommendations. Have a follow up appt already scheduled. :)
Very professional! We discussed my symptoms, possible causes, an action plan, and a follow up visit scheduled.
He took the time needed to listen to my concerns.
Very welcoming office and Doctor; Doctor was interested and thorough; highly recommended.
Dr. Berrios was very nice and attentive. He took time to listen to my concerns went over everything in detail. He made sure that I undersood my options about treatment.
I really like Dr Berrios. I have found my Primary Care Provider. .
I thought Dr. Berrios was great! He had a good bedside manner. I would recommend him!
Needed to establish care with new provider secondary to insurance change. Staff not attentive to greeting and/or listening.
I was in search of a new primary care manager and I found a great practitioner in Mr. Berrios. His new clinic on Stone Oak is beautiful and very convenient. His office staff is friendly and professional. Mr. Berrios has a warm and caring bedside manner and he spent plenty of time with to answer all of questions and concerns. I highly recommend him to all.
The office is fairly new. I think they used to be an orthopedic practice. There seemed to be no one there besides me yet I waited about half an hour. Not too terrible. Dr. Berrios seemed okay. I saw him only for a well check so nothing really to troubleshoot. The staff was helpful. Its a nice area in Stone Oak, like the ability to do everything online. My only gripe would be that I mentioned my eczema flaring up due to weather, with prior PCPs they would have sent me home with ellidell samples or a RX to fill if I needed it. This doctor told me to make an appt to come back if I needed it. Which I was pretty sure I just mentioned. I would likely return if the need arose.
