Excellent care and attention
She's really great. Very concerned and interested in getting you better.
She has a lot of experience and great repertoire. I loved that she gave me options and allowed me to choose what suited me best.
Dr. Carlini was very sweet. She made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. It was a great visit.
Doctor Carlini always goes above and beyond...she listens to your description of how you are feeling...she is very skillful in diagnosing your situation...she carefully explains things to you using models and visuals when possible. you leave with a good understanding of how to proceed using medication, exercise, therapy, or further testing. Moreover, she often follows up with a call to inquire how you are progressing or with ideas for further assistance. She is not only an expert in her field but also a very caring doctor.
After 4 ortho specialists, I found my doctor! Love her!
A great Doctor Doctor who takes the time to listen to her patients and truly cares about their recovery.
Dr. Carlini spent over an hour and a half on this initial visit. Answered many questions. Took and read out an X-ray on the first visit. Sent prescriptions electronically to pharmacy.
Great service from Dr. Carlini. Great staff.
Excellent, kind, friendly, professional.
Dr. Carlini is a good listener and we discussed my medical problems so that she could evaluate for correct treatment. I will see her again in a month and am grateful to have found a doctor who treats the patient in a wholestic manner.
I loved my visit with Dr. Carlini, and I knew that she often runs late, because she gives each patient the time they need. I have great confidence in her professionalism.
I have seen Dr. Carlini several times. She's pretty good when I actually get to see her. It's the extensive wait times that get to me; first in the waiting room for 15 minutes or so, then off to the exam room where the really nice nurses take your blood pressure, and then another 15-20 before she actually comes in. The sign at the desk and on the walls say you might have "longer than normal wait times" and say you can reschedule if you can't wait, but if it's always going to be a 30-45 minute wait, you will always have to reschedule because most people don't have that kind of time for a doctor's appointment every 3-6 weeks for follow-up. Overall, Dr. Carlini is good. I just wish I didn't have to wait so long when I have other things to do that day. Once in a while is understandable, but this has been the case every time I've seen her.
She spent a lot of time with me, and was concerned about my condition.
Doctor Carlini always carefully evaluates and then explains steps we will take to help my situation. She answers all my questions and describes what I should expect from treatment. Her manner makes me feel confident and informed as a patient. The doctor/patient relationship that she builds allows me to feel impowered in moving toward the healing process.
Dr. Carlini is great. She is very caring, thorough and attentive. It's just really unfortunate that I usually have to wait about an hour past my appointment time to actually see her.
A very caring doctor, takes the time to fully understand, and evaluate issues. Very, very thorough!
Awesome Dr. Carlini figured out what was wrong with me, after others had blown me off/misdiagnosed my problem.
Dr. Carlini is the only doctor that has spent time trying to determine the source of my pain and how to treat it. I'm a complicated case, two back surgeries that left chronic pain to deal with. Other doctors are quick to give up on me, and say learn to live with it, but not Dr. Carlini, she is GREAT!!!!!
Dr carlini and staff are friendly and helpful...carefully investigate and then explain your situation. I really like the diagnostic equipment easily accessible...X-ray...MRI testing as well as past history...all recorded in your computer file. Dr Carlini works to not only relief pain but to develop action to improve your overall recovery. She connects with you on such a personal level and answers every question in a patient, competentanner.
Dr. Carlini took a lot of time with me. She answered all my questions and concerns. She was wonderful
Dr. Carlini listened to me and had good ideas for improving my aching feet.
Dr. Carlini is by far the best doctor I have ever been to. I wish I could see her as my general practitioner! Occasionally the wait is a little bit long, but not too dramatic, and definitely worth it. She takes the time to fully listen to your concerns and makes sure she has answered any and all questions you have thoroughly before you leave and never makes you feel as though she's rushing you along.
Dr. Carlini is very friendly & explained everything in plain English. she answered all my questions and wrote down my diagnosis, the medications she had ordered me and when to take them. I would definitely recommend anybody that has back problems to see her. She is now my favorite doctor.
This isn't my first office visit with Dr. Carlini; I had seen her a number of times a few years ago for my back problems. I simply can't recommend her highly enough. While I did have to wait around 30 minutes, it's because she truly takes time with her patients and is very thorough. You definitely don't feel like just a 'number' when you see her! On a very important note as well, the consultations yielded very good results as well.
Wonderful and compassionate doctor. My husband and I both see her and she is the best!!! Sometimes the wait is a it long, but she gives everyone great care so you just have to realize that you will also get her full attention, it is worth the wait. RC
Dr Carlini is amazing...knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate and she doesn't stop seeking answers until she has made you feel better.
Wonderful...takes time to explain the situation and is very comprehensive and offered many options for treatment.
Very professional and knowledgeable.
Excellent. Very thorough. Left feeling encouraged and like I had the resources to get better.
She's a great physician! She listens, records and then discusses recommendations including the pros and cons to help the patient better understand potential treatment(s) and medication(s).
I love Dr. Carlini. She listens, takes time, reviews reports and X-rays with me, etc. She is kind and approachable.
Great doctor who truly cares about her patients!
I liked her. She took the time to ask questions and check me out before recommendations. I completely appreciated her.
She is amazing! I had to wait pretty long before seeing her, but it was worth the wait. She took so much time listening and doing all she could to assist me in my health care. I would highly recommend her. RC
She was very pleasant, professional and really seemed to care about the patient and figuring out the right treatment for my back pain.
I've been seeing Dr Carlini for several years now and she is the best doctor I've ever had.
A very caring doctor who thinks of her patients. Always interestest in helping them and caring for them.
I waited a long time, but it was worth it.
The office staff was professional and caring.
I wasn't seen by the doctor until after 10:00a.m. The staff was entering my paperwork into the computer before I could be seen. Being they were taking the information from the forms I had just filled out, I thought it was a waste of time her doing "data entry" while I could have been seen by the doctor. The doctors portion of my visit was very productive, but I would not like to do that exercise again. It made no sense to me.
I waited more than one and a half hours - way too long. Dr Carlini was very good.
Love her, very thorough
Dr. Theresa takes time with her patients. She has a a great bedsid manner. She is very detailed and that is a good thing.
I first saw Dr. Carlini about 15 years ago, and returned more recently when my back problems worsened. She is one of the two very best doctors I have ever seen in my 61 years when it comes to empathy and caring about her patients.
Great! Dr. Carlini gives me enough time to explain my issues and then does whatever she can to fix them. She really cares.
I feel Dr. Carlini is truly interested in helping my back condition.
For many years, I have known Dr. Carlini to be an exceptionally kind and caring doctor. She takes the time to listen to you and always explains things thoroughly. Her manner instills a sense of confidence and respect.
Excellent service, professional, and personable
She is my Dr. sence 5 years ago and I'm very satisfy with her service she is a very professional.
Excellent! She gives me ample time to explain all of my problems and really listens. She offers recommendations other than surgery.
very thorough, courteous and great bedside manner.
She is great, gentle and very thoughtful
I have been seeing Dr. Carlini for several years now for assorted arthritis and pain issues. She engages the patient immediately, discusses their issues at length, makes recommendations for treatment and continues to discuss the issues to help the patient make an informed decision. Dr. Carlini also takes plenty of time with the patient and does not rush. Her treatment of my arthritis has helped me make it manageable.
Perhaps a throwback to an earlier time but Dr. Carlini takes the time to be through and explain things in a manner that gives you confidence that my concerns are being managed and not just observed. I leave understanding what is going on and what I should do about it as well as what to do if things do not go as expected. Clearly a gem!
