Dr.Moradi was very thorough in his diagnosis and was truthful in what I had to do regarding my condition.
Dr. Moradi clearly informed me of my condition and gave me options and recommendations. I decided to have the surgery after weighing the options. The surgery went as he explained without any complications. The recovery is also going well as Dr. Moradi explained without complications. He and his staff are very competent, professional and I highly recommend him to anyone who requires his service.
I've been satisfied with his knowledge and diagnosis.
If I could have a do-over, I'd not waste my time or money.
Did nothing to relieve pain. He just referred us to a pain doctor with a 2 week waiting period.
Great bedside manner. Easy to talk to an dprofessional.
My initial visit was very brief, the Dr conducted some quick physical tests on me, asked me to walk around, touched my hands and legs, looked at my posture, etc. He also prescribed some special compounded topical gel, pretty spendy but it had prescription ingredients. The assistant Dr explained what prescriptions I was going to get. I was puzzled when I got to the pharmacy and it wasn't what was described. The handouts didn't include anything on it and the directions said to follow the Dr's instructions. I called the office to ask questions and the receptionist said the Dr would call me back. I never received a follow up call. When calling in to confirm my appointment, I called several times and got the voicemail. I only left one voicemail but I never got a call back. In my final appointment, the Dr said the results were fine and let me go. However I still have issues today. He didn't offer me any new insight into my health or any alternatives to look into. He just smiled and walked me out. Overall, things were very fast. I got in and out quickly and on time. The Dr doesn't say much until he has the evidence to treat. In this case, the evidence collected didnt give him anything that he could help with. But he also didnt direct me in any other direction to get help and I felt cheated in a way. Follow-up appears to be an issue with his staff so persistence is necessary.
Efficient and professional. Provided thorough and complete explanations.
