Patient reviews for Dr. Marcia Tapper-Rosenberg
The doctor was great! The staff was great! Only downside was the wait time. appointment was at 9:15 and I saw the doctor around 9:45.
Dr. Tapper was very thorough and I really like her. The staff at the front had helped so much. She is very professional and
Dr. Tapper-Rosenberg is lovely & very helpful.
I like her but not worth the wait!
very thorough exam
Dr. Tapper-Rosenberg was excellent, I received a thorough attentive exam. While I appreciate that immensely, I was unprepared for the amount of time I would be spending. I booked the appointment through ZocDoc and recognize there are gaps in that process, and will opt to make appointments directly with doctors in the future. While Dr. Tapper-Rosenberg was excellent, I was not pleased by the environment. The space is shared with many doctors, is frenetic and noisy, inclusive of young children, as there are pediatricians that share the space. I was also uninformed and unprepared for this, and am uncertain if I'll continue here.
Doctor is fantastic but unfortunately the waiting time is not acceptable.
Very pleased. No wait and Dr. Tapper-Rosenberg did a thorough exam, explaining her findings along the way. I will definitely return.
Doctor was fantastic but 50 min delay on the appointment was a problem as I took an 8.30 appointment to be able to get to a meeting at work and could not make it on time.
Great visit. Nice office.
Reviewed what was wrong and quickly was able to diagnose it. Wait time was not too long and was friendly.
The doctor was very nice and thorough while working with me to find the right prescription for my 4th nerve palsy. My double vision is not severe so it can be challenging to pinpoint the exact right prescription strength, but she was very patient.
Great service and attention
Thanks for the clear instructions and for your professionalism and knowledge!
I have seen over for several years. She is said to be very good. I think she is thorough looking for cataracts. But never much for any in-depth question or conversation. She seemed totally ignorant of blue-violet light effects on the retina, today, when I asked why she didn’t tell me about this issue in 2017.
Dr. Tapper is very professional and thorough with her exams. She listened to my concerns and responded to all of my questions in a pleasant way, and that's very important to me. I am quite satisfied with her patient care.
The wait was not long. It was a thorough exam. Staff was quite friendly.
Dr. Tapper-Rosenberg was good but the waiting experience was rather long. I arrived for my 8:45AM appt and was about the first one there. After a consultation with the nurse, I had to wait in a waiting room for 30 minutes for the Dr who yelled for me from the exam room... I met with her and she seemed to be confused why i had headaches using the computer so much with my glasses, we found my RX was wrong so obviously that was the reason, but I kind of had to explain that to her. She also left the room briefly and talked about me and my eye issues rather loudly to another dr in the next room and I could hear the whole thing... I felt that was a little unprofessional. All in all I was there for 2.5 hours between waiting and seeing the Dr. It was a rather long wait, I think they book too many people at a time which makes the waiting process very long. I will most likely go back to this Dr as they take my insurance and the office is overall nice, just hope every check up does not take this long! And hoping my new glasses RX fixes everything.
I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Rosenberg. The entire team that assisted me was very thorough and prompt in reviewing my vision. I felt cared for the entire appointment. I am planning to visit her again if I need follow up care.
She was very nice and personable and made me feel at ease. Knowledgable and to the point but more than willing to answer any questions i had. Highly recommend!
Dr Tapper Rosenberg was very thourough and professional- She did not rush the exam and answered questions w patience.
Excellent
She had very poor bedside manner. Not particularly nice or polite in any way. While I found her exam thorough I found her very abrasive. I also waited 45 minutes for her to see me and she spent 5 minutes with me. I will not be back.
Dr. Tapper-Rosenberg was quirky (in a good way) but quite dismissive. She insisted that the pain I was feeling in my eye could not exist based on her examination - even though my pain was very real. She prescribed me something and told me to return in a few days to see another doctor. The prescription she provided me with did nothing even after taking the dosage for the recommended length of time. I researched a natural remedy for my symptoms and within 2 days I was 100% cured.
I was very pleased with Dr. Tapper. She was thorough and not in a hurry. She answered all my questions without being annoyed. It seems she enjoys what she does. Thank you!
Excellent doctor. She really took care of me and knows all there is needed to give expert opinion. You're eyes are fine with her.
Dr. Tapper was very excellent. Highly recommend her.
I waited 15 min to be seen by a tech who took my info and did a vision test. I then waited 1 1/4 hours to see the Opthalmologist. Had a good experience except for the over one hour wait.
She was vey good and had a great bedside manner. I woul definitely reccomend her
Dr. Tapper-Rosenberg is both very nice and no-nonsense. She is thorough, answers all questions and is cognizant of your insurance issues in light of prescriptions. Her staff is extremely polite and professional. The only drawback is the wait time. Even with an early morning appointment, it's a wait to see the assistant who measures your eyes/glasses/applies drops. However, in light of how down-to-earth the doctor is, it's worth it to me.
The doctor was very thorough and professional. I felt in good hands.
She is thorough and explains everything.
She was very thorough and had a really great bedside manner.
Dr. Tapper was thorough and before I asked she had already given me the answer.
First time visit with this doctor although I have been coming to the office for years. She is nice and professional. I would recommend her.
She's got a quirky personality. Definitely seems good at her job and asks a lot of questions about what's bothering you. No nonsense though. They have a lot going on at any given time also so while I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving for my appointment I didn't get our of there for 75 minutes, which was unexpected.
I had to check in again, even though I was checked in via ZocDoc, which defeats the purpose. I got an initial screening by an optometrist after waiting 25 mins. Then, I was left to wait, with my pupils dilated for an extra 40 mins. Overall, if an appointment is set at 9:45, it shouldn't take so long to see the doctor. The doctor was great. Excellent bedside manners.
The wait time at this office was absurd. My appointment was at 2:45pm and I wasn't seen until after 4pm. Dr. Tapper-Rosenberg didn't listen to me, interrupted me, didn't answer my questions satisfactorily. I will not return.
Over all really good, she gave a good refferal to another doctor who could help my eye issue!
she was great! Answered all questions and concerns.
Very patient and explained everything. She was very willing to help me figure out solutions to my eye problem.
The doctor took the time to find the right lens for me after I expressed that my current lens did not fit well.
Dr. Rosenberg was great! She was very thourough and easy to talk to. Highly recommend! The office and staff were great as well.
Very professional, friendly, and thorough annual eye exam. The waiting room areas are a little confusing - there are 3, but otherwise, it was a great visit.
She was wonderful
Did not realize appt had changed until on my way there.
She and all the staff were friendly and professional.
doctor was perfunctory. did not explain her actions or answer most of my questions. took forever to get seen. overall unpleasant experience.
Doctor is very personable and helpful.
Dr. Tapper was quite concerned because I had my yearly exam a few months ago. She asked probing questions and listened as I answered and designed the course of treatment. I highly recommend her because she is direct and professional.
