I've been seeing Dr. Reyes for over a year now and I love her. She's on top of all my medical needs and gives me great attention.
I have been seeing Dr Alejandro Reyes for like 3 years and have never had any complaints about her especially since she has been in this office, there was a brief time when she was in another office that the wait time was extremely long but not as much since she has been here, she is always on top of checking my levels since I have a history of cancer and has a very friendly bedside manner as well as her office staff
I believe that you should be early if not on time for your appointment. With that being said I was about 30 minutes early for the appointment and there was someone that came in and was 25 minutes late for the appointment not to include the 15 minutes they request that you are their to complete or undate paperwork. They said that the Doctor would see her. Which I was thought was strange but okay. The Doctor was 20 minutes past the time I was to see her and when she came in she didnt apologize for not being timely or how I was which was sick and went straight to the Medical process which again I thought was strange as I was a new patient to her. So overall would have to say the verdect is still out.
First of all- my appointment was at 7a and she didn't arrive at the office until 725 and brought staff breakfast sandwiches (I know this because the exam room door was left open) then she took 10 MORE minutes to come in the room. She spoke to me for 3 minutes then excused me. So unprofessional.
Dr Alejandro-Reyes is a very excellent physician! I love her! The only complaint I have is the office wait time. But I would highly recommend Dr Alejandro -Reyes!
I had a horrible experience with Dr. Alejandro and I had to report it to the clinic manager. Long story short she went blabbing to the office staff (and patients walking out heard what she said )about something I asked her concerning my health. I felt like my HIPPA rights were violated. NEVER going back.
It was not a good visit. I went in for chest pain/fast heart beats while resting. She started saying I’m too young to feel like this , it’s due to the gym. I am a very healthy person have been going to the gym for years and have never felt like I am feeling. I had other health concerns and the were brushed off like if she was in a hurry to get me out. Nothing was solved, she didn’t really want to listen to me basically. I would never return to see this doctor after feeling so belittled.
I really liked meeting Dr. Alejandro. She was easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. This was my first visit but I am sure I will be very happy with her and her staff.
Dr. Reyes is an Awesome doctor. Highly recommend.
Dr Alejandro is very professional & knowledgeable! I have recommended her to many of my peers. Bridget M
Concerned about the detail of my wellness exam. I dont know if the medical standards have changed but i dont feel like my exam was thorough to be billed as an annual exam.
I find Dr Reyes to be a very caring person and good listener
She is a wonderful Physician! I would refer her to everyone! Bridget M.
Very nice doctor! She was very thorough.
Love the speed and courtesy of all nurses, and Doctor Maressa Alejandro
Dr Alejandro is very knowledgeable and I appreciate the time she takes to listen and understand. I will definitely be returning with my health to her!
Front desk staff was super nice. Building hard to find at least for me. Somewhere behind the North Building of the hospital. Wait was kinda long, about 45 minutes after my appt time I was seen. Dr was fine, straight to the point and didn't ask the same 1 million questions. Overall a good experience.
I like the service,
Dr Alejandro and the staff were very nice. The office and rooms were comfortable and my prescription's were ready promptly.
I was a new patient so understood there would be forms to fill in but the practice wasn't that busy but I waited over an hour after my appointment time. My physical went fine but I was then prescribed a medication that was not what I asked for, that my insurance wouldn't cover and when I tried calling the office to let them know and to ask the Doctor to prescribe what I asked for in the first place, I was promised a call back that never came. I also asked to speak to the Physician but this was not acceptable. I will go back one more time as a follow up appointment but if I get the run around again, I will find another Doctor.
Physician extremely personable and apologetic for an unusually long wait. I was impressed with professionalism and attention to detail.
Muy linda persona y sobre todo muy profesional....La voy a extrañar, por cambio en mi seguro medico, ella no esta en la lista de medicos disponibles :(
They listened and considered everything I said. They were very polite and professional.
Dr. Alejandro-Reyes was very kind. She made me feel at ease. The staff were also very nice and welcoming. The wait wasn't that long, probably 10-15 minutes at most. Overall good experience and I will continue to go to her.
I felt very rushed and like she did not even consult my medical history or concerns.
