Very professional! Finally found a good doctor after long search.
Good lots of tests though not all were explained what they were for.
Very professional and pleasant at the same time. I did my annual phisical exam and it was exactly as I was expecting.
She was great and I am glad my mother found her it was a long period of time to be without a Primary doctor bur I am glad it took all that tie to find Dr Chustecka.
It was a great experience
Very professional and thorough.
For a last-minute annual physical for a summer job, the exam itself was ok, but customer service is very unsatisfactory. Some of the procedures regarding my physical were not coded correctly and required extra follow-up in order to comply with my insurance benefits. I found this to be frustrating- it seemed like the office managers and billing department did not want to work with me. It also seemed that there was something either wrong with the EKG equipment or the procedure itself. After one abnormal test, without a repeat to check for error, I was being referred for an echo cardiogram at YNH. Echo cardiograms cost thousands of dollars and are also not considered preventative, which means you pay the thousands out of pocket if your insurance only covers an annual, preventative physical. The office space is small and extremely tense-I unfortunately caught a brusque interaction between patient and office manager, who seemed reluctant to answer any questions about the forms a patient was filling out. I'm sure you can find a better healthcare practice out there.
I waited for over an hour. One secretary with the red hair was very nice . The other one was rude loud and her phone etiquette was extremely professional. There were 2 other people who also waited over an hour to be seen. The office is small cluttered and out dated.
Always makes you wait. Sometimes interns or assistants do the check up.
Excellent doctor! highly recommended!
My visit with Dr. Chustecka was pleasant. I received a routine checkup. No real complaints.
It was a very pleasant visit, the nurse practitioner was really nice and understanding. It was a quality visit.
Very nice and took the time to address my concerns
Wrong information. She is specilized in internal medicine.
She can't seem to recall who I am or why I am coming in without staring at the screen. She also seems to send me for unnecessary and expensive tests often. I will not be going back.
I am so glad I switched to "Dr. Margaret" Chustecka. She found my meds/ supplements list had things that shouldn't be taken together. Unlike my previous "doctor" she took the time to notice and still had time to listen to my answers to her questions. I am soooooo happy!
Dr, Chustecka was pleasant and very thorough in her exam. I plan on using her as my primary care doctor.
This was my first time seeing Dr. Chustecka. She is extremely thorough and incredibly kind. I completely recommend her.
She did not take my diagnosis seriously and kept dismissing it, despite specialists agreeing on the diagnosis. Will not return.
. Very professional and polite
Fantastic doctor! Very friendly, charismatic and professional. She made a regular checkup completely painless.
