Didn’t really feel like the doctor took time to process my expressed health concerns. The office is outdated and walls are paper thin. You can hear other patients health conditions.
Real awesome. Dr. Maria was very kind to go over a few things with me. She was very respectful and open to a lot of what I had discussed. The office seems really nice as well as their staff. I highly recommend her. You'll enjoy your visit!
Dr is good, the front staffs need to be more professional. They play their phone and talking like you are not exist. Bad attitude no manners.
Quick, friendly, a great sense of humor. Great overall
Made me feel very comfortable. Went into depth about what I needed and even made recommendations that can help me later. Highly recommend.
Everything about the Visit to Dr. Borodatcheva was very pleasant. Parking out front, Office staff were very nice, Doctor Sincerely cared about me, went out of way to check my last blood work, and even refilled a one time psychiatric medication, until I could find one. Am very happy and highly recommend her
She is very informative, knowledgeable, friendly and shows soooo much concern as if she has known you for years. This was our first appt.
Office is an urgent care center! Not warm or inviting. They also do not go by appointment time so be prepared to wait. They are also not upfront about costs as they bill as urgent care not PCP. Would not recomend unless its an emergency!
This is an urgent care facility, not exactly what I pictured for an annual wellness check. The doc didn't show up until 50 minutes street I checked in. I would've left but they accepted my copay before the visit.
I would probably never go back. ZocDoc doesn't show the name of the Doctor's practice, which is an urgent care - so even though it says she accepted my insurance it wasn't accepted as her being my primary care doctor. That led to a higher copay. Make sure to call and check! Also the only nurse working was very rude and taking out her frustration on the patients. I could also clearly hear her arguing with the doctor in the hallway.
She Is very nice she can be a little brisk but she is very willing to answer any questions you may have and I never felt uncomfortable.
