Saw Dr. Meyer for a follow-up after being hospitalized for a major pulmonary embolism. Before my appointment he was in contactwith the medical staff overseeing my hospitalization and surgical procedure to make sure he had the full picture. If you're looking for top cardiology care and an engaged practitioner, Dr. Meyer is your guy. Thanks to his care I was able to avoid life threatening issues and I would recommend to anyone

I can't thank Dr. Meyer enough for sending me to the ER after I saw him for shortness of breath. He called ahead to ensure I did not have a long wait and gave an excellent referral to the director of structural heart disease. The referred MD provided top notch care and performed a non-invasive procedure which had me back on my feet within two days. I can see how other reviewers can find Dr. Meyer's bedside manner as brusque but I found this only comes up if you bring up tangential topics or unrelated questions. When Dr. Meyer informed me how severe my condition was, he calmly delivered his assessment and did not alarm me when explaining how critical it was that I immediately go straight to the ER. It's clear he knows his stuff and wants the patient to focus on the important things. I would recommend to anyone who wants top professional care.

It's rare to find a doctor so patient and who is willing to hear everything you have to say about your health and concerns. Doctor Meyer was exceptionally knowledgable, caring, and respectful of how I felt. He gave specific advise and no doctorsplaining! His entire team was also very kind and professional; they did ultrasound and EKG at the beginning of the visit. Their new office and facility is super nice as well.
