The consultation was so fast, he’s really nice and the way was super short.. glad I picked this doc
Dr. Mohrmann considers it to be part of his responsibility to inform the patient about his or her condition. In the past, he has explained the X Ray to me. This time, I did not have any radiographic examination. This is his greatest strength, in my opinion.

Dr. Mohrmann is a truly excellent orthopedic surgeon and healthcare provider. I have been his patient for the past 10 years - he and his team are always thorough, yet efficient. He never cuts corners and makes sure that he has my complete history and understanding of my concerns before he examines the problem. I also appreciate the manner in which he walks me through his examination and x-ray results, making sure that I have all my questions answered and that my treatment plan works for me and my specific situation. As a former practicing physician, I have a very high standard in terms of the the quality of care that I expect, and Dr. Mohrmann has never failed to meet and exceed that bar. Thank you, Doctor.

Dr. Mohrmann’s patient care was impeccable. He took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan and was very reassuring. He took the time to make sure I understood every step along my treatment process. I will always go back to him for my orthopedic needs.

Dr. Mark Mohrmann has wonderful reviews yet I received the absolute opposite of care. Very poor bedside manner and not clear in explaining diagnosis/care plan.
Efficient, professional.
Dr. Mohrmann was fast, professional and caring. He took the time to answer my questions and accelerated my MRI given I was going to be on an airplane for 6 hours in the next 2 days. He also took the time to walk me through my ultrasound as he was doing it. Also, entire rest of staff are absolutely lovely, kind and caring.
Great! He’s very good. He treats what needs to be treated and doesn’t over treat ever. His diagnosis and treatment are always very helpful. He clearly tells you what you need to do to recover. Very kind and thorough doctor! I’ve been going to him for many years.

It was a very organized place. Everyone was so nice and caring about my injury. Being a professional dancer my body needs to uphold a certain amount of pressure and stress- everyone that I spoke with did a great job explaining my issues and helping to find a result while I can continue my career.

Dr. Mohrmann did a great job, addressing my knee, he was patient, very thorough and informative on the injury and what needed to be done to help it.

I have been gookg to dr morhmann for several years for different injury occassions and each time his diagnosis is spot on and treats me immediately. He truly cares and is an expert at what he does.
I've always had a great experience with Dr. Mohrmann and his office staff. Everyone is prompt, patient, and Dr. Mohrmann does an excellent job of explaining diagnosis and recovery clearly and with care.
Mark Mohrmann is knowledgable about arm and elbow injuries, was willing to explain as much or as little as you needed, and healed my issues with no complications or surgeries needed. Very happy that I went to him for my elbow injury.
This was extremely efficient care. I was taken to the consulting room before my appointment time, and given instructions to disrobe. In this office, it was not necessary to go to a separate X-ray room; Dr. Mohrmann had a portable one. He always shows me the X-rays and explains them to me. I have known him for years, when he was associated with other companies, and have followed him around. I have been very happy with him, especially with the personal explanations of the X-rays, since I am intersted in what happens to my body. Unfortunately for others, I usually see him outside of his specialty, which is hands. I did break a finger once, and consulted Dr. Mohrmann when I was released from Mt. Sinai hospital. His treatment recommendation was far superior.

Only ask a few questions no time to explain the problem no review my problem I spend more time waiting than my consultation with him was a few minutes five maybe. I’m very disappointed
office is convenient to the elevator near the church st. park pl exit at Chambers St. on the A and C subway line. - but it was out of order on May 9, 2019. Dr. Mohrman had very good technique in doing 2 not so comfortable needle sticks. Inside staff was friendly and efficient. Outside staff wasn't as good at lunch time. Trying to get on Patient Portal is not recommended for computer novices.

Excellent. Front desk was very corteous. They had my information. I was 20 minutes earlier and was called five minutes later. Doctor came in five minutes after the nurse. Explained the problem and what I needed. I really recommend Dr. Mohrmann.

Dr. Mohrmann is one of the greatest doctors in NYC. He and his office made me feel as if I was the one in the entire office though it was full of patients. They ran on time and spent plenty of time with me. Everything was done onsite that I needed. He diagnosed the issue that others could not seem to find. It is well worth coming to see this very kind, smart and efficient office!

I have absolutely no issues with the doctor-he is outstanding! However, I have serious reservations about the reception area. i made an appointment for one location and received a notification that the time was changed which it was not but the location was? Almost missed that and got lost called to get directions and was told by Maria to Google it. RUDE! She could not even tell me what it was close to or trains do you not know where you work or care about your patients? By doing so this ate up almost half my data. Not helpful at all! Upon arrival there were children off from school at the desk. NOT professional at all! Had to call myself not once not twice but three times to get a new referral because the second page was slow to come out. She did not offer to make the call for me and my phone died on hold thank you very much. I was called earlier to call back with my insurance not once but twice I called and left this information on voicemail. That made no difference because they did not have that on file-what is the point then? Lastly, told to sign not asked may you please sign. I refused. Basic customer service manners out the window, in fact, no one welcomed me they just stared at me until I said hello I have an appointment then it was with who? Not a nice feeling at all..
This doctor saw me within 8 hours of my initial request. They actually saw me before my appt and I was able to leave early. I saw this doctor after a misdiagnosis too. Highly recommend this doctor.
