Dr. Rybakov is a compassionate and insightful psychiatrist, treating adults, adolescents and children with a variety of issues including attention deficit disorders (ADHD), anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders and post traumatic stress disorders and stress related problems.
Dr. Rybakov also provides tele-psychiatry follow up visits for busy adults and students.
Dr. Rybakov splits his time between private practice, teaching and being a director of a community mental health center. Originally from Russia, Dr. Rybakov speaks fluent Russian and English. Easy-going and relatable, Dr. Rybakov is dedicated to his patients and listens to them attentively, while thoroughly attending to their needs.

He listened to my concerns about my anxiety and insomnia, and asked questions about how my other stressors and background may be contributing to my issues.
He laid out a thoughtful plan for medication, offered some natural remedies I could add as well, and contacted my therapist to ensure I was receiving the best care between the two of them. Highly recommend!

Dr. Rybakov effortlessly demonstrates a genuine care and affection for his patients and their needs, which highly speaks of his professionalism and overall great practice.

I had a 1 hour virtual Zoom introductory appointment with Dr. Rybakov and I’ve never had a psychiatrist who I felt comfortable with within a matter of minutes. He truly listens, is empathetic and takes the time to understand your background, previous medications/conditions and helps with figuring out the best treatment plan for you. Cannot recommend him enough!

My initial consultation with Dr. Rybakov was via FaceTime due to COVID. He was kind, empathetic, non-judgemental and easy to open up to. I normally find virtual appointments to be a bit awkward, so I was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the experience was. I highly recommend him.

Dr Rybakov was great. Both my 15 year old daughter and I felt he was professional, warm, and open minded. My daughter felt very relieved after the appointment and said the issues she is dealing with felt less overwhelming. We both feel like we left having a plan in place and I especially liked that Dr. Rybakov prescribed learning a specific method to practice to deal with anxiety. In my daughter’s words, he was “chill” and “really nice”.

Dr Rybakov was compassionate and was able to see me even though it was late at night and he had just come back from travels. I'm sure he was exhausted, but he listened well, was compassionate and came up with a clear plan.

I came in thinking I have ADHD, thinking there is an easy patch for all my issues. Truthfully, I was thinking maybe I should just take drugs and that will fix it. Apparently, it goes deeper than I thought into childhood trauma which was extensive. Dr Rybakov recommended therapy instead. He was honest and sincere. A rare quality for doctors. I am glad I did my evaluation with him and highly recommend his practice.

Dr. Rybakov was kind and non-judgmental. His manner immediately put me at ease. His questions were thorough and thoughtful, and I felt like he was really listening to me. He took the time to explain concepts in as much detail as I wanted. A nerve-wracking process to find a psychiatrist, but I feel like I lucked out with Dr. Rybakov.

Doctor Rybakov was a lucky find. I am thoroughly impressed with his willingness to see me on a Sunday, and willingly. Dr. R. has a strong but appropriate presence and gives feedback which reflects how well he knows his stuff. I found myself feeling much lighter as I left his office with a plan for addressing my wellbeing.
I would recommend him without hesitation.

Hard to properly explain in words. You can tell he cares. He spends his time to truly understand you and why you're coming to see him and subsequently works with you on a game plan.
I've been seeing psychiatrists since I was 8.....and in two hours I learned more than I had in my entire history.

I have been to several psychiatrists and Dr. Rybakov is the best that I have seen. He gave me a thorough consultation and asked about a lot of important history and factors, which other psychiatrists did not take the time to do. He was non-judgmental, reassuring, and answered all of my questions. I really enjoyed the way he explained things–very educational and matter-of-fact, but also very compassionate. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I am confident that I am in good hands, and glad to have finally found a psychiatrist that I trust. In my opinion it is worth shelling out the out-of-pocket money to see him.
