Wasn't warned I had to fast. They did none of my lab work since I had eaten but still billed me for a physical. The doctor had good bedside manner but the place also smelled horrible.

It took over 45 minutes to check in and after seeing the doctor i was told i could no longer get my blood work since it was after 4:30. Please be aware that my appointment was at 3:30. Very frustrating andwasted a physical/appointment. Ps. I never received a call confirming or with instructions prior to my appointment. Never again.

After moving my appointment up an hour, the office made me wait nearly an hour. If I would have shown up on time, maybe they would have been on time too. Furthermore, they had me complete a bunch of forms thatlooked like they were put together by fourth graders... sorry, I don't mean to offend fourth graders. Dr. Khris was nice and I felt that staff, in general, meant well, but my overall opinion of this office is... A patient mill.
