Was trying to explain my situation to the doctor, when he just cut me off while I was speaking. He started asking me a lot of questions, I can tell he had no interest in hearing me out , he was more concerned about filling out his paper work and forms.I would not recommend this doctor because his bedside manner is not good. I also had trouble understanding what the receptionist was saying, because she couldnt speak proper english. The only good thing that I can say is that the wait was not long at all, the doctor seen me pretty quickly after I had came in.
Best doctor and facility I have ever been to, doctor was amazing and of course NYU is by far the best.
Great doctor, awesome bedside manners. Very clear, concise and funny too
Great doctor, clean and friendly facility. Maybe the best one within the city....
The doctor was so helpful and the facility was beautiful and the staff was so friendly. I will be going back for my follow up.
I have complete and absolute trust in Dr Kreditor, which I might add is highly unusual for me. I travel an hour from the city to see him!
The wait time was really long - but thought the doctor was knowledgable. He could've been a bit more thorough in his explanations.
Dr. Creditor has what you look for in a doctor, he's very polite, informative and has a sense of humor which made me feel comfortable during y consultation and happy to make an appointment in the future.
Do NOT see this doctor. Instead of bruising like normal, I have been getting extremely large, hard as rock, red lumps at the site of injury--to the point where the entire area around the lump would swell and I'd have to ice the "bruise" because of pain and swelling. I went to my primary care doctor and he ran blood tests. One of the tests indicated I had a slight clotting abnormality so he wanted me to see Dr. Kreditor. Dr. Kreditor basically told me the blood work shows I have no blood disease / disorder and the solution to my problem was to "take more of your adderall so you pay better attention and stop running into things" (I take adderall for ADD, as my medical history indicates)
The front desk receptionist was a little rude and brash but the doctor himself was very thorough, caring and professional. I will definitely be back.
Got there at 1300 on the dot. Left at 1335. Very fast and doc addressed all of my concerns
Dr. Kreditor suggested my symptoms were due to something that I knew was not the case. He was also somewhat rude and dismissive. Wait time was short but overall would recommend someone else.
To the point, very professional and confident in a good way.
Dr. Kreditor was friendly, and very efficient. He listened to my symptoms and offered his thoughts on a possible diagnosis.
I didn't like my blood spaying on me and on the floor.. I went to look for a specialist that could see me and monitor me.. He was not it
Dr. Maxim Kreditor was quick and to the point...not to mention funny :) I went in for a hematology consultation and he explained everything easily and professionally.
Office Staff was very friendly, adequate and knowledge of Dr. Kreditor time with each patient.
so happy i came to this doctor! so friendly, answered all my questions. and no waiting a perfect experience
The secretary was rude and could not make an appointment. Thanks to zocdoc, i ended up making the appointment via zocdoc. Otherwise i wouldnt be able to go to the doctor. The secretary was incapable of accomodating the patients. She speaks with a heavy accent which makes the communication harder and hard to understand her. The doctor needs a new secretary who speaks English clearly and nice.
Great staff, very polite and very "nice" doctor. But not a good doctor - was flippant and casual, not at all proactive about testing or resolving anemia issues. Didn't seem interested in figuring out what might/could be wrong. Had to push repeatedly to test for things...good thing too as some of MY suggestions led to discovery of some issues. Doctor should be doing that part not the patient. Iron IV treatment was as much service and insight as could be offered here - iron was low, I was hooked up to an IV, not really rocket science - quick fix. Im going to to see a proper Hematologist to actually treat/explore/cure the cause of my anemia.
Great team, was acknowledged and seen promptly.
I felt like he has little knowledge about the field of medicine he is practicing in. Also, during the visit he was not concentrated on me, the patient. He picked up a few calls during the visit and I was waiting there pointlessly.
He seemed really distracted and was on his phone while I was telling him about my medical history, which included a recent stillbirth. He finally looked up and asked, "So when was this abortion?" I gave him a confused look and said, "It was a stillbirth at 38 weeks, I don't think I'd use the word 'abortion'!" His reply? "Oh 38 weeks, that sucks!" At the end of the appointment, I thought his medical advice was sound (he talked me out of taking unnecessary blood tests). I think he's well-meaning and smart, just sort of socially illiterate. Really poor bedside manner.
The staff was nice and Dr. Kreditor was professional and friendly. It was a quick visit and if felt like my concerns were addressed.
The doctor made me feel comfortable ! Explained to me why I was there! Explained to me all my concerns in less then 15 min ! I can only visit a doctor in under 30 min and was I'm happy I came here ! Thanks
The front desk receptionist wasn't very friendly, but Dr. Kreditor was. The office seems a little outdated, but the care given was not.
The office was very fast at taking me in. Very friendly and there to answer my questions!
Elba is the best. I have tiny veins and she is able to rather painlessly treat me. I don't know of a better phlebotomist.
Great doctor!!!!!!!!!! He's a very nice and patient, He took the time to explain my situation to me clear to where I didn't have to ask him to explain. The office is very decent and the staff was professional.
Amazing. Literally my favorite doctor out of all the doctors I've ever been to in my life. Also amazing at taking blood and doesn't send you to some unexperienced nurse that has to stab your arm 50 times. Would recommend to anyone.
I'm glad I chose to go to Dr. Kreditor, he was respectful, efficient and I never felt as if he was in a rush.
My experience with Dr. Kreditor Great! He was super efficient and very helpful, he explained all exams he would be conducting and promptly called me back with my results, followed by an email of my results for my own records.
I thought he was an amazing doctor! Extremely well educated, sweet and awesome eye candy! He took his time explained everything and had the best bed side manner I've been around ever! Highly recommend him on every level!
He seemed a little rushed but took time to answer my questions. Polite, knowledgeable, and although it took some time to get the correct paperwork from my referring doctor, it was handled smoothly by the doctor and his staff and it was overall a fine experience.
Excellent. Caring, well informed, helpful.
Very pleasant and I would recommend his services to anyone.
I have a blood disorder where I have to be on blood thinners. I came in for my yearly checkup, but I monitor my blood at a clinic. The entire visit lasted maybe 15 minutes and no blood was taken/checked. He asked me why I was there, and I asked him about advancements with my disorder and possible alternatives to my medication (which causes problems in my daily life and is a conversation I've had with other hematologists.) He said there is no alternative, told me how people with my disorder die, and then asked if there was anything else I needed... then walked out. Needless to say, I now have random bleeding and will go to another doctor (who listens and seems to care) to manage it.
Absolutely insensitive to the condition and condescending towards patient.
very knowledgable and personable.
Sraitfaward And honest
The visit was short, he simply referred me to another doctor. When it was time to make the co-pay the front desk didn't take credit cards nor did they have change. He was a nice person but I was not satisfied with the service.
Dr. Kreditor has a great demeanor and makes me feel very comfortable. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and happily answered my tons of questions. I never feel rushed with him and he has a great network of doctors when he needs to refer you out to another specialist. I'm very glad to have been referred to him and feel very confident under his care.
He was awesome very friendly and personable. I felt comfortable and at ease while he stole 5 or 6 tubes of my blood which is saying a lot because I'm terrified of needles and I'm usually on edge.
The staff was pleasant enough. They had my ZocDoc appointment and the pre-arrival registration form handy. Dr. Kreditor was as friendly and efficient as I tried to be. He answered any questions I had and did not rush me. The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was being told to call for my results. I would have no problems seeing him again or recommending him.
Very knowledgeable, to the point and he gets it done!
Elba, Dr. Kreditor's phlebotomist, is truly phenomenal. My veins are tiny and she is somehow able to stick me with very little discomfort. She is a treasure. The whole staff is excellent.
It was a pleasure meeting DR Kreditor. His mannor made a first time appointment, feel as if he was my primary DR. I highly recommend this dr to any first time patients. Thank you - ERIC -
Dr Kreditor was professional, personable and efficient. He discussed my situation in depth, explained everything and answered all my questions. I was thoroughly satisfied with the experience and am pleased to have found a good, new doctor.
Professional and efficient
Wonderful professionalism and care. Hours won't work for me, however. It is rare I can make an appointment before 4pm.
Scared me saying I have leukemia, it was infection. Big difference!
The lasting impression I got was that Dr. Kreditor didn't really care. I was in and out. He seemed dismissive and I never heard back from the office to schedule a follow-up or to deliver the test results. I will be finding a different blood doc.
No good judgement at all
I'VE BEEN TO MANY DOCTORS IN THE PAST TWO YEARS AND HE'S ONE OF THE BEST. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CARING. HE CALLED ME THE NEXT MORNING AFTER MY APPOINTMENT,TO DISCUSS A POTENTIAL PROBLEM AFTER THE LABORATORY CALLED HIM. I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO RECOMMEND HIM TO ANY OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS. MY ONLY CRITICISM IS THE OFFICE DOESN'T TAKE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS FOR THE CO PAYMENT. CASH OR CHECK ONLY.
I would highly recommend him.
The Doctor was great and he answered all my questions with very easy to understand explanations
Very reasonable and explained everything about risks, background info, and how his decision was made.
Dr. was informative and took time to explain my concerns and had a timely follow up
Very knowledgable doctor. Great personality
Very good doctor. Will recomend to everyone.
I met Dr. Kreditor on 1/6/12 and it was like i know him all my life. He was right on target with my diagnosis, extremely professional and meticulous. He went beyond the call of duty to sought out my medical problems. I just want to say thanks for his compassion and his recommendations for my overall health and well-being.
Very thorough with his consultation
