Qualifications and Experience
Megan Wolf is a New York City based Registered Dietitian. She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelors degree in Anthropology from Bates College. She believes no food is off limits, but rather there is room in your diet for all of your favorites. Simply put: eat better, feel better, live better. Megan is an avid cook, public speaker, and cookbook author. She is the author of the plant based cookbook, Great Meals with Greens and Grains.

Megan is the absolute best! First of all the appointment and paper work worked out great, very punctual and professional. And then her approach on weight loss and healthy eating is so very intelligent and practical. She proposed a reasonable plan and she worked with me to find ways to fit it in my overloaded schedule. She's very flexible and realistic and did her best to adjust her approach to my specific needs. It felt like a very individualized experience, rather than "that's the plan, now go do it". Not to mention that she's the sweetest thing and a delight to talk to! Non judgmental, very understanding and supportive. Needless to say I came back and I'll be back for as long as I need to. I can't recommend her enough.
They were extremely helpful and really accommodating. Megan was really informative and answered all of my questions. She took me through a list of healthy meal options and even gave me some oatmeal samples !! Would certainly recommend this place
Megan is efficient and to the point. It really feels like she cares. She gave me tons of meal ideas which I struggle with and pushed me to see another recommended doctor about my health issues.

Megan Wolf is an Excellent Dietitian! She answered all my questions and gave me a diet plan based off what I told her, office was comfortable and feels welcoming.
I felt like she definitely understood my needs. I'm a vegetarian and so is she. She gave me tons of great information and followed up with an email containing links to some of the products she mentioned. She suggested practical things I can easily do to adjust my current diet. She also made it clear how much protein, fat, and fiber I'm meant to get each day.
She was AMAZING! Real solutions for real people - obtainable goals and changes tailored for the real world. Her knowledge was great, she was friendly and personable. I feel like i will achieve my results as long as Im under her care.
First visit and I'm excited about my weight loss journey! Megan is about everyday real life choices. No product pushing or super aggressive lists of things not to do. She asks you about your goals, listens and realistically approaches them! Can't wait for my follow-up and progress review.

Megan was a true pleasure. She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but what I appreciated the most is that she listened and was thoughtful rather than "judge-y". Megan Wolf was extremely detailed, insightful, and accommodating in regards to my dietary needs. I am trying to gain muscle and she designed a personalized diet plan that compliments my workouts. The key is high protein, greens, fiber, and vitamins. Also water! I am constantly impressed by her knowledge of nutrition and biology. Since Megan usually specializes in weight loss nutrition I was happy she was able to help me. I referred a friend who is struggling with obesity and she also loves Megan! She cares very much for her patients and will become a great friend.

Megan was an absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable nutritionist! Right away I felt comfortable with her, and unlike other nutritionists I've been to, I felt like she didn't judge me for being overweight, but instead understood me as a person and helped me make decisions based on my personal lifestyle. She was also always available via email which made changing my habits even easier between sessions with her. I would recommend her to any of my close friends and family looking to make a positive change in their lives.
