Patient reviews for Dr. Michael Carciente
very friendly stuff and knowledgeable professionals . I also like that office open until late evening
Dr.Harden !!! Amazing and Sweet!!! Gave us New Hope !!!
Met with Doctor Eric and the EMG doctor. They were both great! Everyone working at this doctor’s office is upbeat and efficient. Highly recommend going here!
Friendly and professional stuff and medical personnel; I felt welcome during the entire visit. All my questions and concerns were addressed. I’m scheduled for more visits and looking forward to coming back to this clinic. P.S. The complimentary coffee in the waiting area that was pretty good for a medical office. Also I really liked the idea of watching news while my vitals were being taken. Make sure you don’t watch them during your BP is being measured though :)
Great place with professional attitude and online portal to book and message with the doctor.
I am blown away at the customer service, the staff is very knowledgeable and ensure that you understand the entire process. I am glad I chose this doctor.
He was professional and explained my test results well. Very efficient office and al the staff were friendly and professional.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I would never recommend going here to any patient. Not only did I have to wait 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor, he was incredibly insensitive, rude, and condescending. I left the office in tears because he downplayed my 3 months of pain from chronic migraines, offered no advice on how to manage them, and was downright rude. Do NOT go here.
There amazing
Overall, this was a great experience at a doctor’s office. The receptionists and the nurses were very nice and the office was very clean. It was extremely crowded, not enough seating for all the patients but a good experience nonetheless. The doctor took his time with me and cared about all my concerns which is rare these days. I really appreciated his thoroughness and will definitely be back.
Great guy , friendly and knowledgeable easy to talk to he gets to the point and request necessary tests. I will follow up more later.
Very comfortable with every step today. They made room for me to take care of a few tests instead of coming back. The staff were great. Drs were very informative.
I starting going here 2 weeks ago because of a bad concussion. The staff is SO friendly and will go out of their way to help you, it's a really nice change of pace from usual doctor offices that are just trying to get through their day. I had an MRI scan on a Friday and was very worried / had bad anxiety about it and the receptionists were kind enough to push my scan information to an available neurologist (who was not my scheduled neurologist) so I could have my results without waiting all weekend worrying about it. The doctors, nurses and receptionists are all glowing with a warmth that is rarely seen in the medical industry. IGNORE ALL THESE FAKE REVIEWS BY UPSET PILL ADDICTS WHO JUST WANT THEIR FIX!
It was excellent. The people are so nice and you don’t wait long to see the doctor. I really like this place
Very happy with my visit. Thorough and professional
They made me feel comfortable and they were very warm and caring.
This was a great visit, friendly and warm personalities dwell within. From the receptionist, to the medical assistants, to the doctor. I will be switching my PCP to this office. I was very comfortable and everyone goes above and beyond in their professionalism.
He’s thorough and kind!
Really long wait. Front desk was incredible though.
awesome .. know his work
Received the best patient service!!! Its difficult to find people that are devoted, compassionate, ambitious about their job. But I can vouch for all the medical assistances and Doctors.. that they try their best to help you get the best service possible. I came across many medical assistances, I recall two names Ashley, Tanya, many more.. were great help to me and my mom. Extremely nice and informative! Thanks again for ur hard working. You all are well appreciated. -Sapna
I have met him as of yet because I have to do some tests accordingly before seeing the doctor. I was told by other people that he is excellent and take the time with the patient with no rush. It seems he may be quite dedicated which is good news. I look forward to seeing him.
I thought that the staff were very nice, however the appointment was very strange. They informed me ahead of time that i would be meeting with a different doctor, who would prescribe some tests before seeing the neurologist. I wound up giving my history to a very nice medical technician, and then a random doctor saw me for about 2 minutes, and prescribed an EEG. He clearly says the same thing 95 times a day, and sounded very scripted. I spoke with my PMD and this is not considered standard practice in the treatment of headache, unless there is a history of seizures (which i dont have). It all hit me as a way to charge the insurance company additional money, with extra tests and visits. On top of that the practice does not take my insurance for the EEG, so I would need to find a different provider on my own. I will be finding a different doctor....
Dr. Carciente was knowledgeable. He asked my husband a lot of questions and did a hands-on exam, which made me feel at ease. He then referred us to get and MRI and EEG which made me happy and confirmed my husbands good health. The wait time was max 10 minutes and the staff was friendly. I'd reccomend!
My visit with Dr. Epstein was amazing. She was very professional and asked questions about my issue. Excellent bedside manner.
Very professional!
Very professional and pleasant office, and the doctor and nurse were thorough and smart.
Front Desk Staff makes visit so comfortable
Very friebdly staff. You see regular MD first but he orders bunch of tests (which they do in that office) then you see the nuerologist another day who already has your test results which is great.
AWESOME!!!!
The staff is excellent and the whole experience was extremely pleasant. Very knowledgeable staff.
