I'm needing a Dr. who can hear what I am saying and discuss what is working and what is not working. In talking about my treatment history he wasn't hearing that I had already tried most everything he recommended. He wasn't hearing that those methods hadn't worked. And he was prescribing them again, and they are very expensive. I'm not going to try something for the fourth time when I know it doesn't work. He wasn't hearing me, just pushing the scientific facts at me. I have facts too - and they come from my personal experience. Secondly, I was given a supposed sample of a new product and got out to my car and discovered that it was only paperwork in a very fancy package. no sample. I went back in and had to wait another 45 minutes to tell them that there wasn't a sample in my product and I neeeded an RX. They had no idea. This office needs to check things like that so I don't have to do their job for them and spend 45 minutes of my time waiting to do it. It's a very slick atmosphere in that office. Lots of polish and splash but i'm not sold on how well they actually serve their patients. I probably will search out another doctor.
Dr. Gilbert is great, but my overall experience visiting his office was less than stellar. (Not terribly important, but as an FYI: This is definitely an eye care center for old people. Ornate wooden furniture and classical music in the lobby. TV loops cheesy, badly animated informational videos about various eye procedures and diseases. It's very strange.) I arrived 10 minutes before my new patient appointment to fill out any extra paperwork there may be. I needn't have bothered: I was called back to my appointment precisely 44 minutes late. When I asked a front desk employee exactly how far behind schedule they were running, she became inexplicably defensive and said she didn't know. The rest of his staff seems great. One thing to be aware of if having an annual exam done here: If you don't want your eyes dilated, there is an extra fee. I thought nowadays the non-dilated option was pretty standard and included in an annual exam - I'm pretty sure I haven't paid out of pocket for that in years. Because I had to wait so long, the staff was kind enough to provide this service to me free of charge, which I appreciated. I'm also used to getting contacts prescribed directly by my doctor at annual eye exams and placing an order for them on my way out the door. Here, I was told I'd have to make a separate appointment at the optometry center within the office to be fitted for contacts. That seemed strange as well.
He is very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
I've been seeing Dr. Gilbert for almost 20 years and he always engages me with the newest technology available for my eyes.
Best eye doctor I have dealt with. I have been happy with other staff at this location and after spending just a short time Michael Gilbert was able to identify exactly what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. While the visit with him was short, I felt like I was given more information about my eyes then ever before and am glad he is able to quickly give his helpful knowledge to many patients.
I am always treated with kindness and efficiency. All the professionals that I came in contact with were excellent. Dr. Gilbert has been my doctor for a number of years and I trust him implicitly.
Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and a great sense of humor. Routine eye exam. The staff were nice as well.
Total visit time was two hours. Most of the time waiting for the doctor.
I am cautiously optimistic, even though the wait time was ridiculous. Opinionated about new solutions to a very chronic eye disease. We shall see.
He appears to have a very well run office with a very complete staff which first does your examination. That took about thirty to forty-five minutes. When the doctor came in, he read the notes did his own exam which took less than 10 minutes, and gave his diagnosis. I then was sent to the surgical specialist who scheduled me. I did however feel that she was trying to up-sell me on a more costly lens implant when I have my cataracts renoved,
It was a great visit and everyone in the office is friendly and personable. The office is beautiful which helps with the ambiance. Very professional and knowledgeable staff.
Always a pleasant office.
Great doctor! Very personable, good sense of humor, and knew what he was talking about. Had some very positive news for me and I appreciated him taking the time to answer my questions. I've already recommended him to my sister.
He is the best.
Medically Dr. Gilbert is an expert in his field of which I greatly respect. I trust him and feel confident he takes care of me. The one complaint I have has nothing to do with his expertise but his office management. I had a 2 pm appointment for my annual eye exam, was taken right away but did not get out of his office until 3:30.
Excellent eye exam, as usual. Initial part of exam with a technical assistant was through and courteous. Dr Gilbert explained the exam results and possible future treatments thoroughly.
Overall it was a great experience. I just wish the forms that I filled out electronically prior to the visit would have made it to their office. Still had to do the dreaded paperwork.
Thorough, clear communication and explanations regarding my eye issues. Recommended follow up in 6 - 9 months and/or immediately if any changes occur.
Splendid. Mission accomplished.
Our appointment time was 8am. We first saw a tech for all the exams. That took an hour. Then we sat and waited 45 minutes to see the doctor. Then we had to go pick out glasses and were told that they had very little for kids to choose from and maybe we should go elsewhere. I was expecting a one hour appointment. It was over 2.5 from start to finish. Overall not great.
He figured out what caused my symptoms almost immediately! He then gave me a list of recommendations and urged me to give his office some feedback on the results in two weeks. If the symptoms continue, he counseled me to come in to see him without an appointment! Let's just say I was stunned! I've never received such concern and obvious caring from any professional in my long life (85 years)! I would highly recommend Dr. Gilbert to any friend with a need to see an Ophthalmologist.
I've been seeing Dr Gilbert for about a dozen years now since he did my LASIK surgery. Have always felt like I got the best quality care and very professional & thoughtful service from everyone in the office as well as Dr Gilbert.
Dr. Gilbert and the entire staff are always pleasant and thorough in their time with patients and complete explanation. Many thanks to all, Alice
I find Dr.Gilbert to be very professional and friendly. He takes the time to be clear I understanding the condition of my eyes and addresses any questions or concerns I have. For years I have trusted his care for me and other family members. His office and staff are also excellent. My only complaint is that I can count on spending a very long time there from start to finish. There is a lot of wait time which gets frustrating when there are other commitments to be met in the same day.
He has my complete trust! My eyes are so important to me! He is brilliant and cares!
Made appointment expecting to get help deciding between glasses and contacts. Instead, Dr Gilbert found a condition that is easy to correct with laser. This, in turn, opens additional treatment options. I'm going to achieve better distance and close-up vision---probably best I have ever had in my life. Way beyond possibility, I thought, when I made the appointment as recommended by a friend.
Get an early am appt. for a short wait. Gets busier as day goes on ergo longer wait. Efficient staff (John) did preliminary exam, reading letter chart etc., dilated my eyes in prep for Dr. Gilbert's exam. Very efficient arrangement.
Dr. Gilbert presents as very competent, and open to address patients' questions. I would highly recommend him to friends/family.
He is really great doctor. Saved my eye after I had a LASIK complication which i had done somewhere else. Highly recommend him. He will go to any length to take care of your eyes
I was seen right away by the technician but the wait time to be seen by the doctor was long.
I like the doctor, but wait times are horrible. Every time my wife or I visit wait times + time with doc is always over 2 hrs.
Waiting time was way too long.
I have confidence in Dr. Gilbert however I was in his office for two hours! Way too long.
Enjoyed my visit
Great, He answered my questions regarding to my eyes surgery and insurance coverage.
Excellent, it was smooth, friendly and very professional. I think both Jessica and Dr. Gilbert are very proficient in their craft and I have no hesitation in recommending this office. Thank you for a very pleasant experience
It too over 2 hours which I was not prepared for. The appointment was thorough and Dr. Gilbert believes he can help me with my eye issues so that was good to hear. He recommended some fish oil and eye drops that I was told I could purchase at the front desk. I would have done so except everyone had left for the day.
I have gone to Dr.Gilbert for yours. He is terrific. Gives you a real feeling of competence.
I recommend Dr. Michael Gilbert for vision.
Dr. Gilbert.. treats each patiient as an individual rather than a paiir of eyes.
He is really a good docter. I'm really happy from his checking and I say thanks very much .
Very professional and complete exam. Good bedside manner. Answered all questions. Highly recommend.
When I arrived the staff told me that my appointment was yesterday... this after repeated reminders from zocdoc that my appointment was today. They obviously were not expecting me and so they seemed a little disorganized. The young woman who checked me in was literally running around, seemed flustered, and never made eye contact. Each of the PAs and techs that worked with me, and Stella the counselor, were very professional and informative. I'd like to chat with Dr. Gilbert about the near-future innovations in IOL technology that may give me greater range of vision from far to very near.
Very thorough, professional, took the time to explain and answer questions.
Dr. Gilbert is a rock star. He is passionate about healing. He is straightforward and to the point. You may not think his bedside manner is warm or personal but his care reaches beyond that. He uses his energy to come at disease from all angles and doesn't waste it on chitchat. Dr. Gilbert has huge energy for you and will use it for healing. Is amazing.
Dr. Gilbert is knowledgable and caring, providing answers to my many questions and helping me select the right cataract replacement lens for my lifestyle. His staff was also compassionate and kind thru every step of the pre-op process. Truly a top quality office!! I feel confident my cataract surgeries and post-op care will be in Great hands. He and his staff are well worth the drive from Kingston! :D
Dr. Gilbert AND his entire staff, from technicians to schedulers, were efficient, personable, organized and professional. The thoroughness of the exam with state-of-the-art equipment gave me insight and peace of mind about the health of my eyes. This was truly THE MOST thorough medical experience I have ever encountered in my 58 years. Laurel Krueger
Wait time is unbelievably long every time.
I appreciated the explanations Dr. Gilbert gave me about my exam and the honest suggestions and recommendations he made. Very friendly and comfortable office!
He is a knowledgeable doctor n very very convincing as well. I got everything he said n now I m fully satisfied with him. I would recommend him for everyone.
Very informative, friendly, efficient and enjoyable. From the receptionist to the techs to Dr. gilbert the experience was great. TV
Very professional and made my appointment very pleasant. Dr.Gilbert made me feel at ease when discussing my future cataract surgery and knowing what a positive outcome the surgery will have on my eye sight. .
Always cared for by exceptionally well trained, service-oriented, and professional staff, who are also quite likable! Dr. G is simply the best - supreme professional, thorough, articulate and patient, warmly personable.
Best Eye Doctor!!!!
The entire process takes only 30 minutes but the waiting time for each process is 20 to 30 minutes so I spend 2 hours and 25 minutes in the doctor office.
My appointment was at 11:00 AM I wasn't called back until 11:30 PM and Didn't get to see him until after 12:45 PM on average I Spend over two hours at his office it takes to long. He is a great doctor but I don't like spending almost my whole day in his office.
Very professional. Good facility.nice staffs.
Excellent doctor! Highly Recommended! BEST!!!
When I arrived for my 2:45 appointment. I asked if the doctor was running on time. They said I was the first appointment of the afternoon . After waiting 35 minutes and complaining someone can out to do an eye examine then I was asked to wait. After 45 minutes (this means I was in the office 80 minutes) I asked when would I see the doctor. At that point they said he wasn't in the office . They would see when he would be arriving. Supposedly he had texted and would be in momentarily. After another half hour he arrived. I saw him for less then 15 minutes. This is not a way to treat a patient. Never did anyone apologize or offer information without being asked. If the doctor had not done surgery and assured me of good eyesight I would have never waited!
My husband and I have been extremely pleased with Dr. Gilbert and his staff. We have recommended him to all our friends.
I am always impressed by the professional/personal attitude Dr. Gilbert's associates have when examining my eyes. Each does her job quickly and well. I have great confidence in them and their work. Dr Gilbert is a very professional yet reserved man. He should not be evaluated by his 'bedside manner', but by his proficiency and accuracy. His work in Ghana speaks for his care for people.
Always thorough, takes the time to answer any questions. Office staff are a pleasure to be around. It doesn't get any better or more professional.
He was thorough with the review, and took the time to answer my questions.
He's the best! The only reason they were slow was an emergency with another patient. You can't complain about that. Not only is he good, his staff is just as good.
My First visit. Impressed with Dr. Gilbert's skills and caring attitude. I was also with the breadth of skilled assistants. I spent four plus hours on this initial visit and was involved with several associates but I had less than 30 minutes of total down time. My first impression couldn't be better! Mike Baumann
the sign in front of the receptionist desk should be more understandable ... got there receptionist on phone.. sat down and four people who came in after me got thru earlier.... I was there over 2 hrs should have been less than a hour .... only negative work on that
The staff seems to be well organized so that when you see Dr Gilbert, all of the preparation is ready for him to evaluate. and he has all of the tools to discuss your situation and recommendation's for your situation.
Out of more than a half dozen visits, I have had to wait more than 30 minutes each time. Once it was over an hour. They need to hire someone to do the scheduling who knows what they are doing or stop taking more patients daily than can be handled within a 15 minute delayed window!
I am very impressed by Dr. Gilbert and his staff and highly recommend him.
Dr. Gilbert was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. When your sight is on the line it's comforting to be dealing with somebody that has "been there and done that" and can provide you assurance they can fix the problem.
The service was amazing.
Highly recommend Dr. Gibert! Not only he is very professional and makes the latest research and equipment available to you, but he is a compassionate human being and will go to great lengths to help you the best way possible and even more.
The time waiting to see the doctor was over 2 hours for basically a 5 minute review of my record - He did not seem to take interest in me as a patient and I have been seeing him for about 5 years. Maybe he has lost interest in his practice or having a very bad day? At least his staff was friendly and seemed efficient and knowledgeable.
Dr. Gilbert is very impressive. The office staff is kind and professional. Thank you
Dr. Gilbert is awesome and so is his staff. I highly recommend them. They are the best around.
As always, each visit reminds me of just how grateful I am to have Dr. Gilbert providing my care ! He IS appreciated. He & his staff are great.
I had an appointment on Oct. 10 at 10:30 AM and waited for more than an hour before being called from the waiting room. Another appointment, today, Oct. 13 at 1:15 PM I was called promptly from the waiting room, but after customary prep procedures I was required to wait for about 20 minutes before being seen by Dr. Gilbert. I have experienced the same excessive wait times when visiting the Kirkland office. Although I believe the service to be of a highly professional quality, I feel that the over booked schedule and the resulting excessive wait times show a disregard for my time as a patient.
Staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Gilbert is one of the most intelligent and courteous Dr's I have been aquainted with.
I don't appreciate the long wait time. If I were an hour late what are the chances that I'd still get seen? I waited over half an hour after I checked in to be taken back and given all the initial tests by the technician. Then waited nearly another half hour to spend five minutes with the doctor.
Don't know what they learned in photo of back of eye. That is what happens in most of the testing. Results are not made known to patient/ PC docs give a report upon leaving the office - paper report.
Dr. Gilbert and his staff were wonderful! Loved the gal that did my first exam and tests. I felt very comfortable doing all the procedures. My husband and I decided on our way home that we would both go there for next year's exams.
First I want to tell that one of the assistant (sorry if you are referred by any better job title) Josh took the task of actually doing the measurements. And I must say he did an excellent job on it. He answered all my questions very well and was fully thorough and systematic with all the examinations. Dr. Gilbert himself was very good in interpreting the results and explaining the problems. He was very clear on his answers and it gives the satisfaction that you don't need a second consult.
It was fantastic. Ken is terrific as usual, Love Jessica and of course Dr. Gilbert is so knowledgeable and patient with me. I got some new eye drops that are now attainable on site and love them. They really do work. . It was a wonderful visit. Dr. Gilbert is the only doctor I would consider going to. Have been seeing him at least 20 years and will continue till I am no longer here. If you want someone that has friendly knowledgeable people working for him and so is the best doctor you will make your appointment here.
Always great to see Dr. Gilbert. Very friendly and professional.
I was seen pretty quickly by assistants to Dr. Gilbert. Once, I saw him, he was very efficient. However, the appointment took nearly 2 hours, of which only about 15 minutes was with Dr. Gilbert. This is much longer than it should be in my opinion. I was 'on time' for my appointment which was early in the day (8:15 am) and had pre-registered online in the interest of efficiency. Given that, I would have expected to be in and out within an hour, or so.
The doctor is excellent but the wait is ridiculous!
Dr. Gilbert is very professional & business-like...not terribly personal. But I think this is mainly due to over-booking. He's a man in a hurry b/c ppl are waiting and he wants to get it done...I get that. I feel all personal concerns, questions & comments are meant to be given to his professional staff prior to his entering the room. That way, all he needs do is to peruse the info and get right to work w/out having to listen to me chit-chat about my eyes. Bottom line...he's interested in my eyes...not me. But having said all that, I think he's an excellent surgeon who inspires confidence. I felt I was in the best of hands during my cataract surgery.
I appreciated the explanation of what was happening during the procedure (removing scar tissue from my cornea). I was apprehensive about it but Dr Gilbert's calm assurances and his obvious skill quieted my fears.
As always, he is the best, in all ways, and his other workers are just as pleasant and helpful. Would I ever go to someone else? Never. I have been going to him for over twenty years and he better not retire before I expire, since I'm 80 now, I hope that's a pretty safe bet.
He's the best!
My visit was a check back after 3 months post cataract surgery. There was a question if I would need some laser treatment, but since I haven't had any problems, will check in another year.
I have been a patient of Dr. Gilbert for a number years. Under his care, I know I'm getting the very best and most up-to-date treatment. He explains his findings and procedures carefully and thoroughly. We discussed a problem I was having today and he felt one of the treatment options would require more research and investigation on his part before he felt comfortable recommending it. I really appreciated his honesty. I have told a number of people how good he is and to make an appointment!
Dr. Gilbert is methodical, friendly and takes his time to explain your issues to you and how to treat them.
I think he's very professional and exudes intelligence; he's very thorough with his feedback from the exam and he's friendly and likeable. I have recommended him to several friends and coworkers. I also like that he does humanitarian work giving back to people in Ghana by improving their sight. I also love how nicely decorated his office is. It's part "art gallery."
Dr. Gilbert ...definitely a top doc! In every way!
Have confidence in him. He has some new good ideas for treatment of a long time problem I have had.
I felt Dr. Gilbert was the most professional and competent of cornea docs who I've seen. I would have appreciated a little more time for questions/concerns without feeling rushed.
As always, I had a good visit with Dr. Gilbert.. I think he is a really fine doctor and have always followed his advice which was always beneficial to the health of my eyes.
I like Dr. Gilbert, but two out of the last three appointments it has been 2 hours plus by the time I get out of the office--most of it wait time. 10 minutes with doc; 10-15 for tests--the rest waiting.........
I thought the doctor and his staff were very professional but also caring for their patients. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
Need to better organize the office as all the patients were complaining regarding the wait time. I've never ever waited this long for any provider. Don't schedule so many people for the same time. And people were getting called in before me that came in after me. Then the person escorting me in said he had made a mistake and mixed up my folder.
I have been going to dr. Gilbert for my annual check-up for many years. I Have been very satisfied with his service, However, my main complaint has always been the very long wait periods. Both waiting to be "taken back" and seeing dr. Gilbert, when finished with the professional. Our appointment was at 3PM, but we were not finished until 5PM. That means 2 hours for an eye exam.
Professional, caring, efficient knowledgeable.
Staff was professional and courteous. Dr. Gilbert was personable, thorough and answered all of my concerns.
Great I had the Lipiflow procedure done and my eyes felt like they were full of moisture right away.
Dr. Gilbert’s was very upbeat and encouraging about my dry eye diagnosis. He referred to new research that related to my diagnosis and that it could be something to look at. He clearly explained why he chose the prescription treatment he did and his optimism in it work for me. He also has been keeping an eye on cataracts keeping me abreast of their growth.
I WLL HAVE BE HAVING EYE SURGERY SOON.
I like Dr,Gilbert but I think the office is getting too big. He has more support staff but i would prefer more hands on from the doc.
The visit was gratifying as my 82 year old eyes are healthy. I was told I need to use eye drops and would be given a couple of samples to try. On the way home. I realize I did't get them although I did purchase tie bottles of fish oil
He and his staff are the best.
Extremely pleased with all I came in contact with. Dr. Gilbert and his staff have wonderful 'people' skills. I would recommend them to all those I know.
Excellent. I would recommend him to anybody with eye/reading problems/
he is a very compassionate and helped fix my allergic reaction
I really appreciated his treatment for my eyes and how quickly it started clearing up.
Very knowledgeable and professional.
Dr. Gilbert is an incredibly careful and he takes time to make you feel satisfied wiih his diagnosis
Always `helpful and a a pleasure.
My visit with Dr. Gilbert was wonderful and reassuring. However the technician that administered the drops and checked the pressure in my eyes was not, she was rather rough.
consistently excellent care and attention
very professional, good at explaining the procedures
He is always very professional. This visit was really quick but served the purpose.
They added me to a full day schedule because of my problem which I thought was awesome. Waiting was to be expected. He was informative and comforting.
the staff is professional and courteous. I've been going there for 7 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Been seeing him for a decade. Have complete confidence in him.
It was very professional.
As usual, they were very, very thorough. I feel like my eyes are in the best care possible.
Very polite, professional and pleasant staff. Dr. Gilbert was friendly, kjnowledgable and obviously skilled. Although my encounter with him was brief, he answered my questions and sent me on my way a happy patient.
It was great.
First rate - as it always is.
I waited longer than I'd have liked (~35 mins) due to Dr. Gilbert being on call. Other than that, the office seemed to run very efficiently and all the staff I met (5+) were knowledgeable, competent and friendly.
The doctor looks to be very well qualified.
I was very pleased. His staff are kind, friendly, and efficient. I felt like all my questions were answered and that I was in good hands.
He was professional, took time to explain what I needed to know and gave me some options. -very caring!
Ok/Good overall. 2.5 hours total with an hour of waiting seems excessive for a standard exam, though, especially one at 7:35 am when hardly any others in the office. Pushed LASIK very hard, including one person assuming I was interested simply because another wrote in my chart that they mentioned it. Uncomfortable. But the actual quality of care felt high. People were nice. I think I will remain a customer.
There was too much wait time between procedures. I think there were too many patients scheduled for the same time. I think it's an inefficient use of time.
Very competent and reassuring. Gave me immediate access to specialist to address medical problem I didn't realize I had.
I was extremely satisfied with his diagnosis and the way he explained me what my eyes see and why, was exemplary
Excellent physician; excellent staff.
Too early in the morning. Had to Waite to open the door.
Very thorough, helped find the right glasses for my two children.
I had a great experience, nice conversation everyone was friendly and very efficient. This is my second examination, and I feel it went well and the doctor answered all my questions and concerns in a comprehensive manner. Thank you Danina
THE very best eye care professional around! Has the latest equipment; all the techs are thoroughly trained; very excellent care for my cataract surgery, glaucoma, & routine eye exams. Everyone in the Bellevue & Kirkland Offices are very helpful.
Wait time was pretty short, but having an early 8am appt helps. Most of appt was spent with eye tech and Dr only came in at end, but still efficiently done and he was considerate and helpful with concerns. However, he did not delay in moving on and getting done and away.
Very knowledgeable and professional!
Dr Gilbert is very well informed and did a good job of diagnosing my ailment and recommending an effective treatment strategy. I would recommend him to anyone seeking treatment for eye conditions.
It was ok. He seemed to be in a hurry.
He was very personable and friendly. I will go back
I appreciated the thorough explanation of the diagnosis of my eye condition and clear next steps.
I had a great visit with him. He was very informative and reassuring. His team members were also thorough and friendly.
I got a good pre qual for Lasik. I've watched a friend get IOL from Dr. Gilbert and I've been very impressed.
Dr. Gilbert explained the next steps clearly and worked well with my 12yr old son, who was the patient.
I was impressed with the professionalism and care of the staff. My time with Dr. Gilbert was brief and I was waiting in the room for over 25 minutes.
I was very late to my appointment due to traffic and then I got lost trying to find the office ,,my GPS was not working properly I called to let them know and they said come on we will work you in... Auburn was very helpful and kind ... I thought all the staff was good but I think the girl that took me back and did my eye testing was a bit bored with her job... she sighed a lot and yawned and general was just not that interested in me or what she was doing ...might want to give her some time off or some customer training however all the others I met were right on top of things....
Excellent--definitely will return!
Office was very efficient, staff and doctor friendly and knowlegeable. Eye exam was thorough, and nice selection of eyeglasses onsite.
Dr. Gilbert and the rest of the team were very personable and willing to explain the procedures and and my test results.I felt as though I was in good hands with them. The negative aspect of this visit was the wait time. My appointment was at 7:45 am which I assumed was the first of the day, so I wasn't expecting much of a wait at all. I wasn't shown into an examination room until 8:06 - so over 20 minutes after my appointment was due. After a few questions and a short exam by a nurse, i waited another 10 minutes for a second staff member. When she finished her tests I waited another 15 minutes for Dr. Gilbert.
Billing was HORRIBLE. Received a bill from office 12 months past my last visit. Wait time between tests was someone long.
Dr. Gilbert is the best. He was slightly impatient having to repeat something I ddn't understand.
I loved the staff and the doctor. Dr. Gilbert gave me the facts in a way that was very comforting and straight forward.
Professional staff, courteous, prompt, informative. Dr. Gilbert was wonderful and explained everything in a very detailed but understandable way.
He was extremely knowledgeable and seemed very caring and friendly. Genuinely concerned about my eye health. His support staff was extremely helpful and personable, too!
Excellent doctor, doesn't spend sufficient time with the patient. Receptionist desk is inefficient, despite leaving voice messages, they never return calls.
