Great care! Friendly and thorough.
Received info about a specialist for a related issue and enjoyed talking to him and his assistant about my main issue. Grateful for such a resource with my insurance.
very clean, smiles and happy environment. I'm happy with my first experience.
I came in a whole 30 minutes early and was out before my appointment time. It was a swift and thorough appointment.
I was very satisfied with my experience with Dr. Rosenbaum. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and nice. I felt important and as if he was genuinely concerned with my worries. Would highly recommend.
Dismissive of questions. very smug
Awesome, this guy is legit and super friendly! The residents were also great!
Very friendly, dedicated, and helpful!
Dr. Rosenbaum and his assistant were both very helpful and friendly.
Provided very useful information about my condition and the treatment options including risks.
Very professional and went over my condition thoroughly. Highly recommended
I went in for an annual skin check. He was nice and reassuring. He listened to my concerns and checked a few areas I was worried about. I gave four stars because the nurse was the one who spent the majority of the time with me and she performed the thorough skin check alone. The doctor only came in for about 5 minutes and looked me over pretty quickly. Probably that's all that was needed since the nurse didn't find anything, but I would have preferred the doctor to be a little more thorough himself. I would have rated him a 4.5 if that was an option.
He was very thorough and professional. He gave me recommendations for follow-up.
He only saw me for like two seconds and left, It look like he didn't had time he left his intern to take care of me. i feel like if i make an appointment with a doctor i want to see the doctor not the intern.
Could be a good doctor if you are looking for medication for suppression of outbreaks, but not much information on whys or how long (answers may come at follow-up appointment).
The actual visit was great. Quick, easy, very nice guy. My appt. was at 10:30am though. I wasn't called in until 10:50am. This is unacceptable and should not happen.
Frankly (and anonymously...) the doctor's breath could have smelled more pleasant. His assistant was great; but I only saw the doctor himself for less than five minutes.
Dr. Rosenbaum and his team were efficient, polite and professional. Going to continue seeing him for all my derma needs!
Though my apt was mostly for preventative care. I had less than 5 minutes of face time with the doc himself, and the exam was preformed by another staff member. He seemed very busy and rushed when he was with me.
Extremely kind, informative and helpful. Considered everything I had to say closely and seriously.
Overall very pleased with my visit.
Excellent! However front desk staff is horrible!
This was the rudest Doctor - not only Derm - I have ever seen in my life! First he sent in only his student to check me out and she is the one who "tried" to do a through diagnosis of me. She couldn't help me at all though with any of my questions, since she was just a BU student. Then when he finally came in, he didn't say one word, just grabbed my face with his hands, looked at it and then started writing a prescription. When I was like wait, and tried to explain to him why I I was in, he said "my assistant already told me everything." and looked super annoyed and then tried to leave the room before asking if I even had any questions! I have never been so rudely brushed away and that to after having to spend money to see a "Specialist." NEVER EVER EVER go see this Doctor. Also, it is quite strange that he had a ton of one star reviews before and that now for some reason they have all disappeared? hm
He was extremely rude and short with me and expected that he knew more about what was wrong with me than I did before letting me explain what was going on. He made me very uncomfortable and rushed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Dr. Rosenbaum is caring, listens to all concerns, and also addresses them. he takes his time to answer all questions and doesnt make you feel like he is in a rush to get you out of there. Very proffessional and seems to know what he is talking about. Wish I saw him months before for a second opinion i would have gone thru a lot less. Looking forward to knowing I am being taken care of.
Dr. Rosenbaum is a brilliant doctor. He was very nice and patiently explained my diagnosis and treatment to me. I would love to see him again and recommend him to all my family and friends.
Extremely thorough during examination, friendly and personable.
Awesome visit! Quick, easy, informative.
