Patient reviews for Dr. Natasha Krzyanowski
A little bit more engaging!
Excellent and friendly doctor. Wonderful staff.
Very informative and very professional.
This Doctor does not take TriCare Standard despite what ZocDoc says.
Dr. Natasha’s assistant Ethan was a joy to work with. He is new to Bowden, but once he gains his confidence level and speed he will be a stellar addition to her team. Positivity goes a long way. Dr. Natash’s energy and informant nature along with her other assistant (can’t remember her name) had great professionalism and knowledge. The options given for the updated glasses were welcomed. See you next year!
Very nice officer the doctor was helpful and nice
I likes the doctor and the staff very much! Appointment was 11am, arrived at 10:45 and waited an hour before I was called. Did not leave until 2pm.
Really liked the assistant- very helpful, knowledgeable, informative. It was almost 2 hours before I saw the OD. All the test were already done. She only seemed interested in upwelling. Multiple meds (all available for purchase there), reading glasses, and a heat procedure $295 per eye. Not interested in speaking to me... in a rush because they were behind. But if you like meds- this may be the place for you- they prescribed all the latest from commercials now on TV...
Best Optometrist I have ever seen. Very professional and thorough. Latest technology available as well. Office staff equally as great. Was able to get a last minute appointment without issue and extensive wait time. Very impressed by practice.
Great doctor. Great staff. The entire office was running slightly behind but they did a solid job keeping the patients moving and not making the wait time seem too long. Highly recommend.
They "didnt get" the information that i filled out weeks in advance so i had to fill it all out again. When in all honesty, the receptionist looked in one drawer and gave up. It was an hour after my appointment time before i was even seen. i was prescribed medicine (without my knowledge) until it was time to check out. I was given the wrong prescription and told my inability to see was because of dilation. I am NEVER going back again.
More than one hour of waiting for an eye exam...that is unacceptable. The staff finally explained that there were emergencies once I made it to the exam room. Eye exam emergencies? I believe they were overbooked. Overall, I was in the office for over two hours and this did not include choosing eyeglasses or dilation.
I was not made aware there was an additional fee; which was not covered by insurance if I chose to be fitted for contacts. Upon check out I was asked to pay a dollar amount for the fitting which I was completely unaware of this extra cost, however the employee(Tracie) claimed she told me. If she had told me I would have questioned it then & choose NOT to do the fitting. I was advised that if I returned the contacts I would not be charged....contacts came out of my eyes, I returned them & was not charged.
Dr. K. was extremely professional in her dry eye testing and glasses Rx. She took the extra time to make sure the prescription was correct and that my eye health was thoroughly checked. Thanks Dr. K!
I liked the doctor but the entire visit took two hours, which I found long. I was seen quickly at first, then was given drops to dilate my eyes and told I woul only have to wait ten minutes, but I waited at least 30 before being seen by the dr. I was also disappointed that all the information I had entered online was not received by the office, so I had to fill out all the forms again when I arrived for my appointment.
Dr. K and her staff are very caring and professional.
