Dr. Babayeva was thorough , professional and caring, somehow all at once. Highly recommended!
My encounters with Dr. Babayeva have been very pleasant and she is a knowlegeable and competent professional. She has diagnosed and treated my complaints such that I have gained complete confidence in her medical capabilities. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking an intelligent, well informed and personable family physician.
the doctor seems to have issues with time management.
It went great! I had a sonogram done right away and didn't have to wait on a referral!
The doctor is disorganized! She is as the receptionist and doctor. She coyly tries to sell you homeopathic medicine as well as refer you to her friends for "consultations" . According to her you have to spend money on your health (wink wink).
I wasn't on the list of patients to be seen and when told someone would call me back to follow up-no one ever did.
I waited 3 hours to see the doctor. When I finally saw the doctor, it felt rushed and she spoke to me with the door open. There was no privacy and the examination room was dirty / uncomfortable. I will not be following up with this physician. I didn't feel has the exam was through. She did not exam anything to me. I'm very disappointed.
Worth the wait great doctor
The doctor told me my follow up visit would be about 15 minutes. When I came back, it was almost 2 hours.
we reached exactly at appointment time but had to wait for an hour to see the doctor.
I waited over an hour for the doctor to arrive and then she was not very efficient throughout the consultation.
Her assistant was sick so she was quite behind in appointments. I left and came back at a later time and was taken care of but did have to wait. I will have to get to know her a bit better to give more feedback. She is better than my last GP who did not even bother to fix the problem for whichi went in to see her .
I made my appointment through zoc doc and I got a confirmation email and text however they had no record of my appointment in their system. Was very upset by this.
Very nice place and people
My appt was at 315 I arrived 5 minutes early. I waited til 4 and asked if I can reschedule because I had to work at 5 and I can't be late and I didn't expect it to be this long. She said she'd take me then but then she started asking for my info which took longer then finally I went in the room to get situated. She left for another 10 minutes then finally came back. I was sent there for a biopsy but she couldn't do it because they don't do it there. So basically I wasted my time there. At that point it was past 430 she said she'd call around to find another place to do biopsy. I waited til she was done and the place she called didn't accept my insurance. She just seemed disinterested and had no sense of urgency being that I told her I had to leave and can't be late to work. Not to mention again my wait time
I felt judged and pressured into medical options that I did not feel comfortable with. I would up revoking my consent for certain procedures and finding a new doctor.
Very professional and kind
I made an appointment with this doctor because I was experiencing an allergic reaction to insect bites and wanted a consultation, and this office was near my job. The first appointment I made, I had to wait for an hour before tests were administered even though I had the first appointment of the day, and the doctor actually never showed up. I was asked to undress in front of the nurse with the door ajar, and overall the experience was very uncomfortable. I returned later that week to get the results of my test and waited for nearly an hour again before the doctor arrived. Again, I was examined in a room while the door was open, and even though I went for an allergy consultation the doctor asked if I wanted a breast exam and pap smear. I cannot recommend anyone seeing this doctor, as it was truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
Had to call several times for the doctor to call in my prescriptions. Waited 5 hours after the appointment for them to be called in. Very frustrating!
Don't go here.
Very displeased with her service as a primary doctor.
Did not like that I had to fill out more paperwork
It was awful. I waited three hours to be seen. Then she forgot to call in my prescriptions and I couldn't get in contact with her because she works every other day. I waited a few days before she finally called them in. I had blood work done and called several times to ask about the results. I assumed they were fine because I hadn't heard from them. And then I got a call yesterday after three weeks saying my results were out of range. This office is terribly run. I am livid. Do not go to see this doctor if you value your time and health.
I made an appointment at 3pm I didn't get out till 6pm.
Doctor Babayeva was very helpful. She went above and beyond to be sure my insurance was active and would cover me presently as well as in the future to keep me as a patient. Finally I can say I have a pcp! She was very caring and although the appointment was quite late and ran over use to insurance issues, I didn't see any signs of her rushing to get out, she was very willing and patient serving me. Thank you Dr. Babayeva!
they had issues with contacting my insurance company that is why the wait was long. But they were professional and kind.
She was great and the staff were very polite. It took two hours for me to be seen because they were trying to get in contact with my insurance company. Dr. Babayeva is very professional and I look forward to my next visit.
The Dr. was combative and unknowledgeable. She recommended surgery before even looking at, or knowing anything about my injury. The office is also unprofessional. Her child was running around and interrupted my consultation multiple times. Absolutely would not recommend.
Dr. Babyeva has helped me arrive at a better state of wellness beyond treating my health concerns in the 4 moths I have been a patient. I feel very comfortable sharing all areas of health and wellbeing concerns and feel that I am receiving excellent care.
Great doctor, long waiting time.
Dr. Babayeva is the best primary care physician I have had to date.
the fact that i had to wait 3 and a half hours to get my eye looked at and got no feedback on treatment, i think it was a waste of time and copay.
She was great! Very caring and helpful!
dr babayeva was very attentive and i would recommend her. i had to wait but that is usual for dr visits.
I was looking for a primary care doctor in my previous city of residence before moving to NYC this month and wasn't able to be seen until February. After finding Dr. Babayeva from a search on zocdoc for doctors that accepted my insurance, I was seen within a week. I had a chance to express my concerns in detail, be physically examined and have bloodwork drawn on-site within the first visit. I am very pleased with how quickly and seriously my concerns have been addressed.
Doctore & Nurse were welcoming, helpful and knowlegdable. Was treated for my illness and given advice on how to better care for myself. Good Visit and I will go back as necessary.
