Dr. Hashimoto was very thorough in his exam and explanation of what he thought may be causing my health issue. He took the time to answer questions I had and allayed some of my unfounded fears about more serious problems. His staff are friendly and professional, and I was able to get requisite tests done quickly and painlessly. Would recommend him to anyone seeking a new GP or Primary Care Physician.

It was great that the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I waited 23 minutes past scheduled appointment time before being called in. The facilities/equipment weren't the most modern.
Dr. Hashimoto himself was friendly as well, but not particularly engaging or reassuring. On one of two issues, he gave a decent explanation. On the other however, I would have appreciated more context and more insight into the process by which he came to the particular conclusion.
Bottom-line: would potentially go back out of convenience and due to the low number of ZocDoc doctors available in the area, but would prefer to genuinely look forward to seeing physician and can't say that about Dr. Hashimoto yet.

I went in to see Dr. Hashimoto yesterday for a physical. He answered all of my questions and wasn't in a hurry to rush me out of his office. The nurses at the office were also very good. Some of the office's policies and registration procedures were odd, but everything else was excellent.

I was looking for a new primary care physician and found Dr. Hashimoto on ZocDoc and chose to make an appointment because he had solid credentials, had good online reviews from other patients, and his office was close to my home. I arrived on time, quickly signed a couple of forms, and was taken right in to an exam room. A nurse took my vitals for a couple of minutes, then Dr. Hashimoto came right in after. He is very friendly, personable, and has an easy-going and unintimidating bedside-manner - but he is very professional, and instilled confidence that I was getting a high level of care. He took a lot of time to get a thorough understanding of my medical history even before he examined me. I was really pleasantly surprised that he was so generous with his time. He answered all my questions, and provided me with a sensible treatment plan for my conditions going forward. I highly recommend Dr. Hashimoto. Also, his staff was very nice, polite and helpful.

Going to the doctor is never a FUN experience. But the staff and doctor I met today made it the best doctor experience. They were fast, and made sure I feel comfortable.
If you are looking for a new doctor IMHO you find anyone better in the area.
