Horrible experience. I spent 2+ hours in the waiting room with not the slightest acknowledgment from any staff member.
Dr. Hussain and the team we’re amazing! They were very polite and took good care of my needs
I was hesitant at first beause I received an email that my appointment would not be with Dr. Tangirala and I received multiple phone calls that I would need to change my appointment (even though I had already agreed to come in earlier after the first phone call). However, when I got there everyone was polite, and the PA I met with (Sara Leso) was very helpful and concise. I definitely plan on going back.
I ended up not meeting with Dr. Tangirala, but one of the assistants. I'm not one to complain, but will say this was the most unprofessional encounter I've had with a medical office. No signage in the building for the doctor so I went through a few floors to try and find her office. Then when I got there I was told that I'd have to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes than my original scheduled time for what is a quick consultation visit. When I told them to cancel my meeting and that I couldn't wait that long, suddenly I was able to be seen right away. I don't plan on going back.
Classic bait and switch. I scheduled to see Dr. Tangirala but was contacted by phone to be rescheduled to a different date. I later received an email that the appointment was in fact for a different physician. When I showed up for my appointment, neither Dr. Tangirala or the other physician were anywhere to be seen. The office staff informed me that I would be seen by a physician's assistant instead and offered no further explanation.
Very good experience. The doctor who helped with me gave detailed explanation about symptoms and what I should expect in the following weeks.
Very friendly and professional! Check in process was quick and easy.
