Good doctor, professional and caring. The overall consultation was comfortable. Nice staff too.
Neil Sperling took a well-informed "outside-the-box" approach to my problem and performed thorough testing, something that had not been done before. He's obviously a highly skilled physician, also a good listener who took a lot of time with me and never made me feel rushed. Articulate, thoughtful, and accessible, he explained everything to me in a straightforward manner. An added plus -- he has a good sense of humor. I was impressed and plan to continue on with him as a patient. (BTW, the rest of the staff was great -- efficient and courteous).
Clear information, confident delivery, obviously knew what he was talking about. Friendly, good manner, organized.
Dr was great. His staff, not so much. It's not exactly a bustling practice, so it would have been no problem for the receptionist to call me 30 mins before my appt to say "he's running way behind". But she's clearly not that much of a self starter so colossally wasted my time.
I liked the friendliness of the staff when I arrived for my appointment and in particular the professionalism and the respect that gave me the doctors.
I felt very comfortable with Dr.Sperling and his staff. Everyone was friendly and very professional. Dr Sperling explained in detail his diagnosis of my condition. He told me what options I have and the rate of success. Dr Sperling went into details of the procedure I elected. He than showed a video of it on his ipad. Very informative Dr and will answer all of your questions. I would recommend him highly....To be continued sometime in September
