He was very informative and helpful. I feel in good hands.
Dr. gave me good advice on the proper use of Klonopin
I was pleased, overall, by Dr. Vaidy & the receptionists/nurses. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. The doctor asked probing questions into my lifestyle and health in order to make suggestions that could benefit me, which I highly appreciated. The visit felt like a conversation and the suggestions were ultimately at my discretion. He is personable, modern, and easy to talk to. I'll be coming back.
Dr. Vaidy listened to me and did not rush me. I felt tbat he understood what I was saying, and I appreciate him willing go try different options in me. He was very professional and helpful. I will be seeing Dr. Vaidy agaib.
- Dr. Vaidy has trouble making eye contact. - I didnt appreciate how he was speaking about my health issues wth the receptionist right in front of me, and other patients in the waiting room.
This was my first office visit. Dr. Vaidy was extremely nice, knowledgable, informative and thorough. When he walked in, he was obviously under the weather and my first thought was 'oh no...this will be a rush'. Quite the contrary! He apologized and still took his time in listening to my concerns and providing me with great info and referrals. The young lady at the front desk was such a pleasure! Very friendly and maintained a constant smile. Check in for first timers was easy as they use an ipad system. Before I was even complete with my ipad, I was called in to see the nurse. Overall, very satisfied with the level of patient care. Of note - i have the tiniest veins and always require being poked like a pin cushion to get any blood. My nurse Elizabeth was perfect! She hit a vein on one try and was kind enough to offer that I can request her for future appts to make the process less painful.
Knowledgeable and a listener! Not a pill pusher.
Needed a new PCP. Read good reviews about Dr. Vaidy and after my initial visit I agree that he seems to be knowledgeable caring and down to earth. Very good staff and quick wait time also.
Very quick and to the point appointment. He was very helpful and pleasant.
The doctor was very rude and dismissed all of my concerns.
Dr. Vaidy is kind, personable, and thorough.
Dr. Vaidy & his team are great!
Great visit with Dr. Vaidy. He was able to make me feel more relaxed as I worry so much about my health at times. This is one of them.
Love this Doctor. Very knowledgeable.
Was very efficient and gave realistic guidance for an injury to my hand.
First Doctor in the US, it went very well, friendly and professional. My experience was great !!
Nice guy, very personable and smart.
Dr Vaidy is very professional and courteous, seems deeply concerned about my health. Called me the next day with a test result that concerned him. Heightened my awareness of my own dangerous eating proclivities.
Great doc, good bedside manner, very competent.
The doctor was very pleasant. I didn't know what to expect after reading the reviews but the meeting with him went very well. The doctor listened and didn't criticize me at all.
He was technically fully booked, but was able to squeeze me in between patients to diagnose my Strep.
Dr. Vaidy and the staff all seemed very kind, but I didn't really get the care that I needed. I came in after having been sick with a very terrible cold that kept me down for 2 weeks. While my cold had improved some, I made an appointment in hopes that the doctor who write me a percripiton for my lingering cold/virus. After waiting almost over an hour just to be seen, the doctor spent roughly 5 mins with me and did not prescribe anything. I honestly feel like my time and copay was wasted. I dont feel like I was taken seriously. Again, Dr. Vaidy and this office seemed very nice, but I would think twice about returning to them given this negative first impression.
Very professional, but not rushed.
He seemed board
Excellent experience, he was very gentle and explained the possible reasons.
The appointment was good, quick, professional. But the thing I like the most about Dr. Vaidy is that he responds to my follow up questions and e-mails quickly - he is easy to get a hold of which, based on my experience with other doctors, is not often the case.
Short but effective once you're in there.
I was waiting for the doctor for 20 minutes in the waiting room. Besides that, all good! Quick, fast, painless!
It was good. New doctors can be awkward catching up on your medical history but Dr. Vaidy has an easy manner. He'd be easy to go to with any health concerns.
I love the website and the experience but I found myself not able to make the appt. And I tried calling and the hosoital/clinics wasn't picking up the phone. That's a bit disappointing.
I totally trust Dr. Avidly
He seemed really tired, a little out of it, but seemed to know what he was talking about.
Great first time visit, the doctor was actually early
I'm not even sure he made eye contact with me. Maybe he was having an off day.
Had a few painless white bumps on my inner lip I wanted to check out, the "Dr" looked at it by putting his fingers in my mouth (with no gloves!) and said he has no idea I should go to a dentist. I said I saw something online about Fordyce that looked like this, he said he never heard of it, again recommended a dentist, and then I left...
I had a highly negative experience with Dr. Vaidy. I have been sick with mono for over a month now and it has been an awful month of recovery without a primary care doctor in Manhattan. I found Dr. Vaidy on ZocDoc and was hoping to go over bloodwork with him that showed my levels from mono and discuss what I could and could not do with mono. Dr. Vaidy had horrible bedside manners and was unfriendly and cold. He dismissed much of what I was feeling (telling me it sounded like just anxiety) until I showed him the bloodwork proving that I was actually as sick as I felt. When I asked him about certain antibodies that were off in my results, he decided to search for these results on Wikipedia - a forum that ANYONE can write whatever they want on. After this I didn't trust his judgement very much. However when I proceeded to ask him when I could start working out again or slowly having alcohol, he responded "Mono is just a virus, it's not that big of a deal. If you want to try running, go on a run. And you can drink, it doesn't matter." I can't even walk ten minutes without being exhausted and having trouble breathing. And every single person I've spoken with, Dr. or not, has told me mono affects your liver and you should absolutely not drink for several months. So, I was very disappointed with my experience and will not be returning and certainly do not recommend this doctor.
The wait wasn't long. Everyone was nice.
55 minute wait. Marcy the secretary was nice but the medical assistant girl was very rude even though I didn't complain about the wait once.
O man he is the nicest Dr i came across , he is very attentive and he demonstrates what it is to be a Dr and how much his expertise his patients rely on. He doesnt rush you out to see another patient deals thoroughly. Please visit their office
Good Doctor. Very attentive.
Dr. Vaidy was able to answer all my questions. I liked the fact that when he was stating something (for example, the need for skin exam) he was able to explain why it worse doing and was ready to provide rational answers on my follow up questions. Liked no rush attitude and profound approach to things.
It was great. Very professional! Thanks
Dr. Vaidy showed genuine concern and patiently walked me through my diagnosis and health care options. I was very impressed.
I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with this doctor. He really took his time to ask me questions, listen to my questions and give me helpful advice and tips for my health. I would recommend this doctor to all my family and friends!!!!
I went to see Dr. Vaidy because I was having trouble losing weight. I wanted to get some blood work done to make sure everything was ok as I was eating very well and exercising and seeing no progress. I was put off because he brought up weight loss surgery. I am overweight, but I not to the point where I would ever consider surgery. It was off putting and I felt like he was pushing it on me when it was not necessary. He did end up doing some blood work but it was not thorough testing which I mentioned to him later after showing the results to my sister who is an RN. I went to the doctor's office where she works while visiting (out of state) and I ended up having some problems with my thyroid which I now have a prescription to help. Annoyed that he pushed something on me I would not consider which I told him, and that he also brushed off my questions about the blood work. Seemed like he kind of had his own agenda. I won't return.
Very attentive and easy to talk to.
I had a great experience with Dr Vaidy. I really liked Dr Collier so I was a little worried when he left, but I'm quite happy with my experience with Dr Vaidy
