I was disappointed that he himself was not an eye surgeon, which I assumed he was.
Dr klein is warm and friendly.
Very friendly, professional.
Knowledgable, courteous, and friendly. Would recommend.
It was my first appt with Dr. Klein, and he seemed great. The office staff was really nice - on top of their game, and my entire appt took less than 20 minutes. Knowledgable, experienced, was able to explain things to me so I didn't feel like I was just being diagnosed. I would definitely recommend.
Dr klein is a wonderful doctor,he helped me through a very difficult time and made me feel like i can compliantly trust him, he was thorough, listened to all of my complains and explained everything i asked and more.
Dr. Klein has been my opthomologist for about 20 years and I wouldn't go to anyone else. His office staff is highly professional.
Great experience with Dr. Klein - he was professional and personable; efficient, but happy to answer all of my questions. Had to wait longer than anticipated (especially for a morning appt), but so goes with doctors. I will go back next time I need an eye check-up.
Overall good experience, though wait was a little long.
Seemed very nice. Talks very softly, almopst like he mumble3s. Nice and efficient office staff.
Very efficient and knew exactly what he was talking about. Got the problem sorted but could have been more personable.
I would definitely return to Dr. Klein. Office time was short, he and his staff were very pleasant and free samples saved me from having to fill a prescription.
