Long wait times. If you need an eyeglass prescription go elsewhere. I was given a weaker (/wrong) prescription than my pre-existing prescription.
The staff was lovely as was the doctor. All were professional albeit within the dictate of a very busy practice (office). I would not hesitate to recommend. Just be warned that there may be some waiting. Today was election day, so maybe many more children were brought in and that may have caused the delays.
I had a big eye stye over and over again. Dr. Harizman was extremely helpful. I went to see her for the same problem twice and she did help me get rid of my eye stye, much better than another doctor I went to see previously that only told me to use warm compress which was not really helping since the stye lasted for almost 2 weeks and a half. My upper eye lid looked like a golf ball. However, she did a good job getting rid of it for me. Thank you and will come back again!
This office has the absolute worst customer service. It took me 30mins to be seen. The two receptionists I spoke with were both rude and they did not have my zoc doc forms on file. I read a text from zoc doc stating that my medical forms were sent to the receptionist and she said that I should ignore the zoc doc text. The doctor is wonderful but the front desk staff ignored me and asked me for my insurance card three separate times. I would not go back.
Dr. Harizman was very friendly and explained every step of my eye exam. She was very knowledgable and very professional too! Doctors sometimes aren't too friendly, but she made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.
She's just great -- very thorough and explains as she goes.
She is a very nice person. Very professional, as well.
Great! Definitely will be returning!
Dr Harizman was great. She asked the right questions and looked into my family's health conditions/history. She also kindly referred me to another Dr in her practice to answer some other questions I had about a potential surgery. Great manners and very friendly. I highly recommend her!
I really like this doctor! She's smart and no frills, and her communication style meshes with mine. She explained everything. I didn't feel like a number. I recommend her highly. There was some kind of mixup regarding the insurance, but insurance notwithstanding, I will go see her again.
Its was fast and, cool
