Patient reviews for Dr. Ovidio Falcone
Very professional and kind
He was very straight forward and knowledgeable, however he very quickly glossed over my particular issue and pushed for surgery (a last resort) instead of discussing other solutions. The entire waiting area seemed to have ‘repeat’ customers feeling. It made me feel as if I was in my way to becoming a consistent visitor instead of getting a problem solved. It was my first and only visit, but the place seemed very busy and his familiarity with the other patients made me worry. It wasn’t the friendliness, that it always appreciated. It was the idea that he was building a clientele that always needed him instead of coming through with lasting solutions to seemingly common foot issue. Foot surgery can have long lasting impact and the discussion of success rates never happened.
I have been going to Dr. Falcone for yrs and he genuinely cares for his patients. He takes the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan with patients.
Too many people in a small office. How many appointments do they make per day? People complaining and leaving.
Dr. Falcone is the best!
On point and doesn’t give you run around
He was very pleasant and informative and concerned about my condition.
Dr. was very thorough! He took his time to explain why and how the pain occurred in my foot. He also explained & showed me how to treat it. He is very kind, caring & personable. Highly recommend him!
Excellent doctor with great knowledge but also think about what the patient comments. Is extremely polite, very focused on the patient, answer questions, explains widely the situation in relation to the problem. And very patient. As was my first time I waited much, but after met with Dr. FALCONE, I felt confident and very happy.
Dr. Falcone is truly a knowledgeable and interested podiatrist. He is efficient and has an excellent personality. Parking is a bit challenging, but it is well worth any hassle. Staff is friendly and very helpful.
Excellent!!! So knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Loved it!!!
Very professional and great doctor. Caring and excellent surgeon! Would make a trip 25 miles away to see this doctor!
Amzing Doctor!!!! It was great meeting him. Very thorough and professional. Took his time and explained everything in detail. Took an xray right in the office and showed me what was going on. Highly recommend him to EVERYONE! Amazing
Highly professional won't have anyone else touch my feet!!! The best
As a new patient, I had to wait nearly 1 1/2 hrs before being called and then another 20+ minutes in the room. However, for most of this time the doctor was making sure a prior patient understood his directions. Most likely the initial wait was due to making time to evaluate me and my treatment,. Scheduling should be in recognizing this more time needed. Don't know where the fault lies, so to speak. HOWEVER in the room with the doc, he was extremely pleasant, knowledhgable, and reviewed how the conditions I went to the doc for affected my other serious conditions, and how they affected, in return, my conditions to be treated by Dr Falcone. Hearing the explanations, the initial wait that almost had me leave the appointment was forgotten and am extremely happy I stayed. Even after this 1 visit, I am deeply impressed and would recommend this doctor to those needing podiatry medical doctor.
Dr. Falcone is an absolute joy. He has the most pleasant demeanor and he knows his stuff. This was my first visit with him and I will see him again and again and again
Waiting time was long over an hour. Dr Falcone was very friendly and clearly explained my procedure
Dr. Falcone's office was very busy and waiting time for my first visit appointment stretched to almost 2 hours but.....IT WAS WORTH EVERY MINUTE OF IT !!! Dr. Falcone is very professional ,easy to talk to and a very nice person too!!! My first visit to his office was a delight. I RECOMMEND HIM MOST HIGHLY to everybody.
He is an excellent physician, however his office staff is the worst and appointments are never on time. But its all worth it because he knows his stuff.
The wait to see this doctor was brutal. Two loud young kids running around, screaming and I waited for 2 hours to see him. Also, although it was confirmed through Zocdoc that my appointment was made, the office didn't have the appointment when I went to check in. So you might want to call in advance to confirm. The front desk is very slow at all they do, too. Doctor was nice enough, although he kept pressing down on my tender toe to explain the diagnosis which wasn't necessary and it hurt when he was explaining (although not as much before he did the procedure.)
Dr.Falcone was very nice and professional. Made me feel comfortable. He explained my whole situation thoroughly with all the important details . Staff was very nice as well. :)
All doctors should be like him!
What a great Doctor! I normally do not write reviews unless it was a horrid experience, however, Dr. Falcone was stellar! He was so kind and helpful. He knew exactly where the pain was and how to fix it quick. I have never had such a pleasant visit to any doctor. The two girls with the dark hair where also so sweet and kind and very helpful. One of the girls saw I was limping due to my sprained ankle and she went above and beyond to be helpful. Truly a pleasant experence. Thank you Dr. Falcone and girls! :)
Excellent! He didn't waste my time nor try to sell me unnecesary things. Very professional and very nice.
Dr. Falcone is AWESOME!! I love how he is so engaged with his patients. He makes my son feel comfortable everytime. Great personality, professionalism & extremely knowledgable. Keep up the oustanding service! The whole office personnel is very welcoming!
I truly enjoyed my visit with Dr. Falcone! He was very knowledgable, made sure I understood what he was telling me, and offered a few options as a solution. He has a great demeanor and truly a pleasure!
Great personality, very approachable! He was very thorough in answering all of my questions and concerns. He gave me realistic expectations and let me know my options. Definitely will revisit and provide recommendations.
Dr. Falcone was extremely helpful and understanding. He has a great bedside manner and his staff made sure I was seen promptly.
Wonderful and kind. So grateful to be able to have him as my doctor. He was very informative, helpful and effective. Also, great bedside matter, which is not always easy to find. Made my appointment easily and quickly through Zocdoc.
Not only did Dr. Falcone take care of my feet, he gave me valuable advice on other medical problems I am having... Dr. Falcone is very knowledgeable in the entire medical field. I wouldn't trade him in for anyone !!!
I've seen him before. He's nice enough there's always a bit of harmless flirting on his side but that's about it. Really explains to you what is going on with your feet. Usually takes about an hour to see you. Last time I went it was even longer so I had to leave without seeing the doctor, the receptionist got mad at me for trying to rush the doctor. I don't understand why he books more than one patient in the same time slot. Won't be returning
Great doctor but takes forever to see you expect to wait an hour or more
It was my first visit to doctor Ovidio Falcone so I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment so I've had to wait in the waiting room for over two hours to be seen. My son was tired and frustrated cause the waiting time, the office staff were attentive and helpful. Finally after waiting all this time for doctor Falcone he just took a few minutes of his time and the visit felt rushed very disappointed
Honestly, I didn't know that great, kind and down to earth doctors like this even exist!
this doctor is the best i used to go there in the past but because insurance purposes had to change. he is very good with his patients and does care.
Dr. Falcone is fantastic! I was a bit traumatized by what happened to my foot, but he was extremely patient, kind, and very thoroughly explained everything to me so that I undertood and felt comfortable. I read lots of reviews about him and his staff and many had poor things to say about the front desk staff. After vey first appointment I completely understand why, but Dr. Falcone is worth the less than pleasant waiting room experience. I went for a great doctor, not a great wait. Dr. Falcone is a great doctor.
The office was very crowded because multiple doctors are in that office. It seemed like Dr. Falcone was over booked because I had to wait almost 2 hours until being seen and it would have been longer if the people in front of me hadn't left. He was good but I'm not sure it was worth waiting that long plus the people breast feeding in the waiting area. He did answer all my questions and was very knowledgable and took immediate action with what was wrong with my foot. I do have to do a repeat visit with him so I'm hoping it will be faster the next time.
Great doc, very personable and knowledgable. Long wait time, tho.
he is the best !
The the front desk staff are not very pleasant. No indication that it is cash only for the co-pay. I was booked at the same time with about 4 other people. The Doctor is pretty good, otherwise.
great got a shot hopefully be back playing softball in 60 and over league in a week
Very fast, very knowledgeable, and definitely would recommend
he was great but the office was a mess! its pretty much "first come- first served" APPOINTMENT TIMES ARE NOT HONORED! be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait. maybe book their very first appointment of the day?
Did not seeDr Ovidio saw another doctor overall very plesed with results would recommend!
My wait time was an hour. But I don't blame him for being the only Doctor on staff. He took his time and made me feel comfortable. Mostly elderly people, wait room could use a little more light and life.
It's very impressionnant , Dr. Oviedo Falcone is very courteous he is professional I want be afraid to recommend my friends from the hospital to him .
It was great! Everyone was so pleasant.
I was a tad disconcerted by the state of the lobby while waiting but once I was called was professionally guided through the process even the snags I met along the way. While one might have been aggravated by the amount of obstacles encountered I was actually refreshed at the lengths at which people at this practice facilitated me for the purpose of examining my injury and givinge guidance. I was impressed even if the process wound up taking for longer than I expected.
He is a great doctor. He is one of those doctors that loves his job. Also, very knowledgable and informative.
Co payment was taken to then be told a PA would see us because the doctor was in surgery, when my child was seen by the PA he noticed the severity of my child's flat feet. Then waited another half hour to have the doctor see us, and take imprints of his feet. We left feeling that the next appointment they'd have the insoles that we're going to be made... Waited a LONG TIME to never receive any insoles. Again made another appointment, same process copayment was asked before we were told the doctor was in surgery, the PA told us that they had no record of my name or my child's name. He made several more calls to see if his other office made the order. No names on record, left without seeing the doctor and leaving with a prescription to go to another place where they would "be able to help me". The doctor was friendly and knew what he was doing and explained to the students but there wasn't any result to the main problem.
