This was the best decision I have made. My visit with Mrs Conner was a great experience. Her bedside manner is amazing. She took the time to talk with me and help with my fear of needles. She is a greatperson and so glad I found her for my pcp

I had a very positive experience. Instead of waiting thirty minutes to two hours to see someone, my name was called within two minutes of my scheduled appointment. Also, instead of waiting for hours, only to be rushed out the door, after only seeing the doctor a grand total of three to five minutes, I got to talk with her for at least forty minutes. She listened and didn't discount my feelings. Also, she didn't seem to be experiencing empathy fatigue, a real problem for so many in this profession. I won't be able to say how I feel, for sure/100%, because I'm waiting to hear back on something she's going to check for me, regarding treatment options. This will be the key factor, overall, of how satisfied I am, as, sometimes, medical professionals are nice enough, when you see them, yet never follow through with what they say they're going to do. However, so far, I'm feeling hopeful. Everyone else in the practice was warm and friendly, too. They seemed happy and surprised I already completed most of my paperwork before I arrived, thanks to ZocDoc.
