Dr. Paul Kubiak is great, but the waiting time was over 230 hours.
Was professional. Didn't ask alot of questions. Took xrays and then we discussed a diagnosis and a surgical plan. Didn't talk about cost of anything.
Very profesional and knowledgeable.
Very informative. I was satisfied
He is very nice and informative. He was also very professional
Made an appointment and came on time to be told MD was late and room was full and had to wait in line in order to be seen. Never again.
He is very professional and really explains everything with great bedside manner
Staff is very friendly and doctors are really good
Doctor is very good, office staff sucks. Rude, lie and play games with appointment time.
Efficient quick easy
THIS DOCTOR IS THE WORST DOCTOR WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. We set up a 4:15 appointment via Zocdoc, got there on time, but there was a large line of people there so it took almost a half hour to finally get the forms to fill out. We filled them out quickly, immediately got to the room to see the doctor, and were very hopeful - it was about 4:48 by the time we got in the room. The doctor comes in, and we start to explain the issue but he literally dismissed everything as just being normal issues, nothing to worry about, but come back in a week to check in. We try to ask about things we're worried might be related, and he just cuts us off and says "no, no, you're here for the one thing, we can deal with that next week". Literally, 5 minutes total before we're shoved out the door - we got to our car at 4:53. WORST EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO HERE.
The office staff is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I was seen in the ER on a Monday and waited for an appointment on a Friday. I could barely walk and upon arrival was told I needed a referral. I called the ER doctor and was told the ER visit should have been enough for me to be seen, but they still refused to see me because they were not affiliated with the hospital I went to. The insurance company too said that had they put in effort and called them, I could have been seen and given the medical care I so desperately needed. There was no reason for such incompetence and laziness on the part of the office staff. They did not even try to help when the mistake was theirs to begin with--they should have told me I needed a referral in the first place.
The office was very, VERY crowded. But, when I did finally get to see Dr. Kubiak, he was great. Very nice guy, that absolutely knows his stuff.
Very attentive and knowledgeable doctor.
I would never go back to him very bad experience I ever had with a doctor dirty rooms not friendly at all did not spend enough time listening to what you have to say stay away
The staff notified me that the doctor was delayed and was still attending to responsibilities at the hospital. The staff was ver good and once the doctor arrived I was in and out in 15 minutes with exam and X-rays
Absolutely the worse experience ever!! After being told that it was okay to ask questions regarding my injury, I was subjected to ridicule and hostility when I pushed for explanations. Not only did he comment about my weight, he became increasingly more frustrated as I asked clarifying questions to the point in which he asked me to stop asking questions. It was like having Trump as a doctor. ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE MEDICAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I guess it's ok for him treat minorities any way he wants because he still gets paid. Let's not even get started on the horrible reception staff that are no help at all!!
Incompentent staff - waiting and exam rooms smell awful.
Dr. Paul kubiak made sure I understand what was wrong with my knee
I didnt get to see Dr. Kubiak.
The Physician was very professional and informative to questions asked by patient check me from head to toe a true professional.
Wait seemed really long considering there was no one waiting to be seen when i got there.
Was not able to see him
Love this Doctor's office, the staff are great with my son. Very patient and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Nichols to every family.
Dr. Kubiak is very professional and the office staff pleasant. The office address does need to be updated on Zoc Doc
At the front desk one lady was not too cordial because I used the staff bathroom by mistake.I don't know the place it was my first visit.
Young Doctor wth lots of empathy for my 14 year old daughter
This office is great, they allow you to fill out your paper work while being seen. I got my x-ray before they even filed my insurance information.
Terrible. Felt like I was wasting his time and I genuinely need help.
Professional and Courteous
Hey listen don't come, appointment was at 2 I'm probably not being seen till 530. I recommend call ahead to ask if he is there because this is ridiculous .
I was a little nervous when I walked through the door. The waiting area seems ordinary and run down. But I must say, this doctor is one of the fastest, most thorough, and pleasant of specialists that I have ever been too. Great experience.
Dr Kubiak was thorough and short with the xray and what he saw.
I felt he understood my condition.
He is a top notch medical doctor. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The prompt diagnosis and relief of my condition was sincerely appreciated. I recommend him highly!
I like Dr.Kubiak. What I like is. When a medical diagnosis is diagnosed he believes in the working on PT program and the natural healing which everyone has the capability to heal The doctor also recognizes when the patient has understand and independent thinking on there medical diagnosis. Only if surgery is the only alternative then he will make the recommendations with the patient and schedule a date for surgery. Its almost like being in class.Med.101. I like that. Its refreshing /reverend. Talking about the medical reason for the consultation and recommendations on accuracy of musculoskeletal . Excellent. Thank you.
He is very straightforward and professional and gave me exactly what I need therapy on my knee
My appointment was at 2:15 and I arrived at 1:40. The doctor was late and didn't get in the facility until 2:30. I was called about 15 minutes later and waited another few minutes to be seen. The actual time the doctor saw me was less than 3 minutes. Overall, I felt like he didn't care and was just trying to get through the patients because he was late.
The doctor was great! The office and staff left something to be desired.
When Doctor Kubiak checked my shoulder, he already knew what needed to be done. Doctor Kubiak gave me the proper shot, and more analysis to make sure nothing else is wrong.
Ofice staff is friendly and quick but it is extremely busy and chaotic in the office. Full of people claiming work and car injuries and coming for physical therapy.
the visit was short. about less then 3 minutes. the woman at the desk take longer to give you paper work because they are on Personal calls
Nice person. But too quick to many patients to manage single handedly and simultaneously.
Well I was scheduled for 1045 in the morning and the doctor wasn't scheduled to come into the office until 2 o'clock in the afternoon so I had to leave and come back at two then they didn't see me until like 330 in the afternoon. Finally after they saw me the attention was good
Very impressed with the doctor and staff.
My appointment was at 2:45pm I didn't get seen till minutes after 4. He wasn't even there yet, when he did see me it was for 5 minutes, I'm not even sure if he really was listening to what I was saying.
It was okay.
Short and sweet.
The receptionists were extremely unprofessional and Unfriendly! The doctors are good, but overall I wouldn't recommend this office.
Sadly you know when you go someplace and get WHAM BAMMED #This is the place. They never followed up with me on MRI results, They weren't very friendly. They seemed to see me as a dime a dozen patient which was not a good feeling. A little compassion is needed when dealing with injuries, you wont find that HERE!
The doctor was ok. He was very quick which might be good for some patients. The atmosphere of the whole location was deathly however. The color of the walls are a dark gray color, and everything just seemed so dark and gloomy. Just waiting for the doc in the exam room made me feel irritated. The medical administrator needs an attitude adjustment really quickly! You can't help but give her an attitude back. Someone needs to teach her that she is not above the universe and it doesn't revolve around her. In addition, maybe the doctor needs to implement more of a professional appearance, instead of a sweat suit and uggs to work.
El sitio esta muy limpio y ordenado, las personas que trabajan alli son amables y la doctora es muy profesional, Yo estoy muy contenta con esta pediatra.
Let me start this out by saying I have never in my life written a negative or poor review as I understand things happen and we all have bad days, I gave this office 4 chances and they blew all of them. Incredibly unorganized, unprofessional, and just plain rude. 2 appointments scheduled and confirmed through zocdoc that this office was completely unaware of, and 2 scheduled in office. The 1st appointment (scheduled through zocdoc) they had me wait THREE hours to be seen after not having me in the system even though they confirmed my appointment. They clearly overbooked as their large waiting room was overflowing. Then the dr looked at me for less than 5 minutes and gave me a brace. The receptionists gave me a follow up appointment for 3 weeks later, which I later received a cancelation call with no date to reschedule. Scheduled another appointment (through zocdoc) and received a confirmation. I show up and the receptionists tell me there are no Dr's in to see me. They then make every excuse from "the dr's are surgeons we never know when they'll be out" to "oh, zocdoc is no guarantee for an appointment and they have nothing to do with zocdoc". Then when I tell them I know how zocdoc works and that someone from there office needs to physically confirm the appointment for zocdoc to email me confirmation they say "oh, well we've got 13 locations so theres always a problem with zocdoc". Finally, without any apology for the mistake, they offer to reschedule my appointment but tell me it will be a long wait because they have a full schedule! I'm already waiting 3 days!!! The staff was unorganized and unapologetic for issues regarding administrative issues, and the dr was too busy trying to squeeze as many patients into his overbooked schedule as possible to actually exam my injury. Needless to say, I will not be returning and would NOT recommend any one else.
The Office staff is rude and unfriendly the doctor spends approximately 1 to 2 minutes with you they bring in several patients at the same time and it is akin to an assembly line they do not help you andthe secretaries actually roll their eyes and on several occasions I have seen them break HIPPA laws they wanted my personal info out loud all in all a lousy office and a terrible doctor visit stay away I will never set foot in there again.I needed a cane for my knee arthritis and they Didn't write out the prescription for the cane properly I have to go back to my other doctor stay away stay away stay away
Excellent. He went through the results of the test and discussed the options with me, answered all my questions.
DR.KUBIAK WAS VERY NICE VERY PROFESSIONAL HES VERY TALL.I HAD A 2PM APPT DIDNT GET OUT TIL NEAR 4PM.HES A VERY BUSY DR.
Great bedside manner, listened to all my comments and was very attentive, highly recommended.
The Doctor's good and so is his assistant. The problem are the people at the reception. They are not very welcoming.
Long wait, no explanation or apology, one big bill.
very professional doctor and X ray was immediately done . I got my answer during 30 min time seen the doctor. Only reception waiting time was too long. 1 hour and 15 minutes before can see the doctor.
He seems pretty nice n through
Great doctor. Nice office and great staff. Will deffiently go back to him for years to come...
Courteous, knowledgeable, staff is understanding & helpful. Exclusively helped me understand that my case don't require surgery
Dr. was very quick and efficient. But the wait in the office was lengthy and reason why I didn't rate him higher is because he charges for an X-ray copy...
I like Dr Kubiak. He was right to the point and very understanding.
I arrived about 20 minutes before my 2pm appointment. Was told Dr was running late. Not by staff, but by the other 3 patients who also had a 2pm appointment! Waited over an hour before dr showed up. Was led in to exam room with other 3 patients at once. X-ray tech was rough with my sprained ankle. Dr spent all of 2-5 minutes with me. He was nice, but I felt like I was nothing more than "billable product" on an assembly line.
This doctor had a terrible bedside manner and was incredibly rude. I recommend waiting a few days to see a better doctor. Horrible experience!
He is very good and knowledgeable and come right to the point
He was quick...very professional. NO personality. Busy office so he gets right to the point of your problem.
Dr. Kubiak treated my son for a broken collarbone. He was courteous, friendly, and reassuring. Great manner with kids. Highly recommended.
He was very kind and professional with his care. I was very comfortable and he even suggested physical therapy for me. He was very through and the kinda attention to detail that I loved.
This doctor bring me in and made me wait until he was done seeing his other patient and i was very upset. OVERALL DONT GO. plain up and simple.
My visit was Very interesting i Waited a over a Hr & a Half to see the doctor for a Whole 5 minutes even though i had a Appointment It didn't matter because they don't honor appointments rather the time you sign in . The office is Not that clean & The waiting room is Also the physical therapy room . to get result from a MRI the doctor Ordered i cam back in & waited over 2 hrs just for the results that was my last visit i will not return or recommend the place to anyone
It took so long, and the ladie in front she was very rude and impolite with the patients , also she didn't allow me to see the dr until I called my physician to provide here a report .very disappointed with this medical team.
So far so good
Small waiting area with a bit of disorganization at desk but I was taken care of OK for an initial visit (some initiative is advised). X-ray process and f/u was good. Dr. Kubiak checked the X-rays before seeing me and listened to my medical hx and his responses to my questions and needs were thoughtful. Surgery is needed and his assistant contacted me that afternoon and the next day by phone to make arrangements - she was pleasant and thorough.
Worst doctor visit I've ever experienced. Horrible staff, doctor spoke too quickly and had me waiting for 40 or so minutes. He was attending to other patients aka never gave me undivided attention. There was also fighting amongst the staff and in general a lack of organization
Well the time might be because I was new so I have to wait there for more than 30 minutes but I really recommend the doctor. He explain everything in detail and knows about the topic. You can even have X-ray or MRI in there.
I highly recommend Dr. Kubiak, I am extremely impressed and happy with my visit because I was able to get treated right away.
Great experience throughout the entire visit.
My visit was horrible. The front desk had no clue what they were doing. The office manager was a moron. I explained to her my insurance is a call in and she looks in the computer then tells me I'm inactive after 15 of explaining once again that it is a call in she decides to call in and of course I'm active. Then some other lady tries to diagnose me,after asking me if it hurts when I work, considers my appt a no fault case and wouldn't let me see the doctor, even after I asked. I finally confronted the doctor and he explained to her and the office manager that u cannot diagnose me over just some random questions especially if your just the front desk person. The office manager would not come out of her office. She appeared only after I stopped the doctor. They were rude. This was the worst experience ever I will never go back.
He was very professional, a good listener and had very good answers to all my questions.
Knows what he's doing.
Great visit, great doctor.
PROFESSIONAL RELAYED PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS WELL
Dr was not good at all he did ask me even what problem I have I will never recommend anybody to see this doctor anymore staff is not even professional they are so confused they don't know what they are found,at end very very disappointed to see this doctor
It always helps when you can sense that your physician really cares about alleviating your pain. Dr. Kubiak was a pleasure to meet and I am optimistic that he will put me on the road to recovery.
It was a good visit, but there are problems with the wait time. I was a new patient and thus needed complete paperwork and have my insurance verified. I came prepared with my paperwork filed out, but it was not taken until 45 minutes after I arrived. And the call to my insurance company was not made until 1.5 hours after I arrived. I have a followup appointment after my MRI. I hope they go a lot quicker then.
Extremely nice and very professional
The office staff, with the exception of the Office Manager was difficult to deal with.
too long of wait to see doc.
NIGHTMARE. STAY AWAY. FOUR HOUR WAIT. DIRTY OFFICE.
Very friendly doctor. Very professional
This facility is old and truly in need of some modification to bring it into the 21st century. The staff was ok. this doctor was ok friendly.
Dr. Kubiak is a really nice guy, very pleasant to talk to. I felt very comfortable that he was making thoughtful recommendations. The only reason I didn't rank him as highly recommended is because this was the first and only time I visited with him, but it is likely that I would recommend him to anyone (family, fiends, etc.) who is in need for the services of an orthopedist.
Excellent service with great staff. I left feeling better.
Dr. Kubiak was very fast and thorough about what needed to be done so I can have better results for my knee injury. I look forward to attending physical therapy classes!
He did not check my medical history
Waited a real long time before I was saw the doctor. He seemed a little rushed but there wasn't much he could do until we have an MRI done. Other than that he seemed like a nice guy.
It was an excellent experience, because he right away understood my situation and recommended me what are my possibles solutions to it.
Very professional. MRI on site same day. +++
i liked my experience.
Good doc..but was waiting for 2 hrs before i saw him..they said its not like that?.we shall see a month from now when i go back??
he did hurry, even he did not look up my injured muscles for once.
he was very honest and very professional about what to do about my injury
Great Doctor very tall polite straight to the point . Service there is excellent would recommend anyone to go there??
Dr is good, staff not so much!
I changed my appointment for next tuesday, haven't met him yet, but i am sure he is a best Dr.
He is a great doctor. The office, however, is old and dilapidated. It's reminiscent of a inner city high school. Linoleum floors, cliche posters that say "persistence," "risk," and "courage." There are old, peeling computer paper signs for everything. Very unprofessional looking. The parking is also limited. The environment could use a lot of work. But like I said, he himself is a a fantastic doctor. Direct, soft spoken, and kind. I recommend him, not his office.
Great doctor, explained to me in detail what my problem was, hopefully medication relieves my severe pain.
my visit is short and pleasant
Quick, short and to the point. No time wasted when I saw him.
This was a horrible office. Scheduled an appointment with them a week before, then when I get there they decide to tell me I need a referal in order to be seen. Big waste of time, would never recommend this place to anyone not even an enemy!
Straight forward. Very quick. Explanation was great.Friendly soft spoken
My visit was professional and direct. Communication good and he gave you the information based on your test result without offering an opinion.
not very insightful. typical.
He was awesome and calm not like other doctors
Very professional and caring ! I've been pain free since my visit.
The staff at this location was very kind; I was seen at my appointment time; and Dr. Kubiak explained to me clearly about my condition and treatment.
Excellent and efficient
I had brief visit with Dr.Kubiak, I need to get an mri done.
the doc was good but the girls at reception all had an attitude. It wasn't just me that noticed the attitude it was my girl friend that noticed it as well.
Very Professional !!!!!
Dr. Kubiak was patient and contentious in his approach. Would recommend him to all.
He knows is job very well. Confident about his work I was able to understand what was happening to me.
dr kubiak i have another appt for tues 3:30 because i need surgery i went to the hospital as you said and the elbow is not staying in place just giving you a heads up on when i come back to see you
No wait knowledgeable
Very nice and attentive.
First I had to wait an hour. The office is noisy, and the staff is unorganized. Dr. Kubiak ask to few questions, and made me feel like he was rushing my visit. He never once thought to touch or see the affected area of pain. Then he gave me a prescription for voltaren. The problem is you cant take it if you have ulcers, high blood pressure, or you are a smoker. I went back to the office to let the Dr. know this. The front desk took the script to him, then came back and said if I want pain mess I have to go see a Pcp. #1 I went to him to fix this., #2 he should've explained why, and at least given me a lofocain patch or two. Do not waste your time with this Dr. Go to someone who will actually pay attention to your pain and needs.
I think he's great Doctor but office really not professional the front desk that is,didn't mind the wait as much as nobody letting you know he wasn't even in and had no idea as to when he would be.
