Patient reviews for Dr. Paul Lerner
Dr. Lerner was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. But, If they could be a little more on time and courteous of our time and the office was in a more convenient place, everyone would feel a little better about their appointments.
Dr. Lerner was forthright and direct. He captured all the nuances of my case with many well thought out questions. After a back-and-forth conversation, he arrived at diagnosis and treatment. I got referrals and follow-up appointments for treatment. Great visit.
He is very warm and caring doctor. His office staff are also very personable
Great Doctor! Very caring , make me feel safe Im in good hands
THIS DR IS BEYOND GREAT AND HIS OFFICE STAFF IS WONDERFUL. AN OLD SCHOOL DR WITH GREAT INSIGHT AND KNOWLEDGE. THE BEST
Appointment was rescheduled because the PCP's office failed to submit the referral and was unreachable. Dr. Lerner's staff handled it very professionally and tried again. Ultimately, the appointment was rescheduled, but this was necessary because of the problem with the PCP office and was not their fault. I have been there before and would recommend this doctor.
great doctor! really cares about patients. knows his stuff.
The wait time was more than unacceptable. I was able to watch a 90 minute movie and still had not been seen. This would be acceptable if once I saw the doctor that the visit was lengthy, informative and one that addressed the problem on this visit. I have to come back in two weeks. Let's hope the wait isn't the same.
The doctor might be amazing but it is not ok to wait over 2,5 hours with a huge sign in the waiting room 'absolutely no drinking or eating'. If you don't have spots don't force it, delete the availability from zocdoc!! It's not that difficult, I wasted most of my day on that stupid waiting time!
Visit went well. Took time to listen without rushing. Also took time to explain other possibilities, in the event other avenues would be necessary for treatment.
I will definitely come back to see Dr. Lerner. I could tell from my first visit to him, that he is a true expert in his field. Anna and Kally ( medical staff ) were very attentive and helpful.
Doctor Lerner was very personable and nice. He seems very knowledgable and cares about your illness & problems.
He asked many questions to get to understand my issues. Unfortunately wait time was extremely long.
my issue is with the office manage, who went I requested copy of my Mri report . she refuse. I ask to fax or mail to me .she said only after I see the dr.it the worst customer service ever.i will never go there again. I feel the dr. should review how there employee deal with his customer at the desk or on the phone.
The staff was really nice but I didnt get to see the neurologist because I didnt have a referral
Dr. Lerner is efficient and knowledgable, but the wait time was awful. Was not seen until 12:15 when I had an 11:00 appt, and that was only because the nurse bumped me up.
Dr. LERNER IS A PROFESSIONAL. HE IS A GREAT DOC.
Very good doctor. His diagnosis of my condition was spot on. Would recommend him to anyone.
Wait time needs to be improved upon. Aside from that, my first encounter with Dr. Lerner was pleasant and professional.
Making the appt.was easy via ZocDoc.. The wait was forever. I came in on time at 1pm.. I was called into the office at 230 pm. Waited for like 13 minutes. Basically my actual patient to doctor interaction less than 15 minutes. Should have been waiting for only maximum 45 minutes less than an hour but this was uncalled for. Too long of a wait. Kinda weary going back for my follow up:-(
He was very patient and informative. He really cares about patients and our understanding of the reason for our visit. He promote s preventive care. I am truly satisfied.
Professional, diagnosis was on point.
Great professional, was able to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend.
The doctor ordered a test, but never followed up with me after I had the test done. He also said he would have his office call me to schedule further tests, but his office never called. He was nice, though, and he did prescribe me a medication for my headaches. The lack of follow-up, however, was disappointing.
Excellent doctor, and put me right at ease.
The wait was too much! Unbearable! But the secretaries were very nice....
wait times need to be reduced
Two hour doctor waits are simply unacceptable.
DR LERNER WAS VERY ATTENTIVE , he didnt look at me strange when I expressed my feelings .
very proffesional, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough
Friendly receptionists, Dr. Lerner himself was quite good, efficient, and seemed quite concerned about getting me healthy again. Overall a very pleasant and productive doctors visit!
Had a great appointment with Dr. Lerner. I highly recommend him. He was patient and listened and I did not feel rushed at all.
The wait was a little long and there wasn't enough seats. Meaning it was crowded. But the visit was informative.
Seemed like he was knowledgeable
