Me, my husband and son were all seen on same day. It was a waiting period between tests but it was expected. Staff was very cordial and attentive and explained all the tests that were going to be done and went over each test advising of outcomes. Excellent Dr. and Staff.
I have been going to Dr. Asbell and staff for quite some time since I initially went for a Conductive Keratoplasty procedure in 2004 which I was very happy with. I always find them to be extremely efficient and caring and the operation runs very smoothly. Overall a satisfying experience.
Dr Asbell is great. But the problem was that I had to wait 85 min to see her after I had the preliminary eye tests with the clinicians. She recognizes the problem and is trying to resolve the coordination/timing between the prelims and the final check up with her.
She answered all of our questions with a lot of detail. Highly recommended
Dr.Asbell is excellent but the wait is ridiculous I waited three hours in total. Her assistant Wanda is friendly and professional overall the visit was good but be prepare to spend more than two hours there.
Dr Asbell answered all of our questions and was very helpful and informative.
Very knowledgeable, kind and thorough. Great experience.
The wait is always more than 2 hours, but the doctor and her assistants are always good.
Thorough and detailed exam . Very knowledgable
The wait was long but the doctor and her assistant were excellent.
It was great. She was nice, helpful, and knowledgeable but the waiting time was pretty ridiculous. My appointment was set for 2:30 and I wasn't attended until 4:30 and I was there at 2:00pm. Other than that, she and the staff were excellent.
Overall, a huge waste of my time. Waited over two hours to see the doctor, and was only with her for 5-7 minutes. She immediately referred me to another doctor, and seemed intent on being finished with me very quickly.
Very thorough, professional and friendly.
She was great, but I waited THREE AND A HALF hours.
Too long of a wait
A very positive experience. Would highly recommend.
She's wonderful and caring
The appointment went well. The wait was a little long but I guess with the all of the test that are done it is understandable. The staff were extremely helpful and kind.
very helpful. Lovely woman. But extensive patient history forms should be sent to the home before the visit as most requested information would be in home files. Done at time of visit it is incomplete. Most doctors do this now.
Dr. Asbell was extremely attentive, listened to me and seemed very smart and knowledgable. However, I really could have done without having to see a technician and a medical fellow before getting to her. It was not necessary in my case and it made my time in the office about 2.5 hours long.
When I finally saw the doctor, she was professional. However, I was in the doctor's office for more than 4 hours, just waiting. That amount of time in a doctor's office not being seen is quite extreme.
This may not be the doctor's fault but I had to wait 2.5 hours to be seen for 5 minutes. Would not recommend this clinic. Very inefficient and still working with paper records.
was very good. thanks
except for the long wait time, excellent!
Impressed by thoroughness and professionalism.
Dr. Asbell and her staff provided thorough, kind and attentive care.
I was impressed. I don't think that the long wait was normal. From what I could gather something unusual was going on and had backed everybody up.
it was great everyone was great and professional i was called right away and taken care of one of the most pleasant dr appt i ever had
The Doctor and her staff were thorough and skilled in the different eye test I went through. Ultimately being examined by Dr. Asbell. Professional and curtious as always.
She was very polite, she seemed very concerned about what my concerns were and she listened to what I had to say. She also had good alternatives to what I was already doing.
