My initial expectation was not high based on the waiting room, but that impression was completely disproven once I got inside. The care I received from the staff and from Dr. Murthy was exceptional. I will be making them a permanent part of my health care program.
READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW - DR WAS FANTASTIC, OFFICE IS DISGUSTING. Dr. Murthy was fantastic. She listened to me, took time with me, and set a plan of action. She referred to the situation using “we,” which made me feel like we are a team. I would highly recommend her. HOWEVER, when you walk in, the waiting area is small and dingy. There was a disgusting odor. The front desk receptionist coughed into her hand, then grabbed the intake paperwork with the same hand and gave it to me. It was revolting. When I returned the paperwork, which I wouldn’t touch, I actually pushed the antibacterial gel towards her - with my own pen - and said don’t you want to use this? She told me that she had just gone back and washed her hands. I said, “Yes, but you coughed into your hand and then handed me the paperwork with the same hand.” She kept saying she washed her hands, not acknowledging that is was AFTER she touched everything I had to touch. The antibacterial gel was next to her! And she was wearing scrubs! During this horrible flu season, especially, I was appalled. Like I said, Dr. Murthy is fantastic, however, I don’t know that I’ll be returning because of the physical dinginess, odor (it smelled like someone had defecated in the waiting room yet there were no other patients there), and the receptionist. I wish she worked in a much better location. She would be my PCP in a heartbeat.
Although our appointments were confirmed thru ZocDoc and all our documents gathered, we were told that the office does not work with ZocDoc. Please remove them from your system as this caused us a lot of issues. We waited more than 2 hours when we were seriously sick because we thought we had an appointment.....so they took everyone else who had an appointment before us. We also had to redo all our paperwork. Very frustrating.
Loved the personnel and the office Location is easy to get to and parking is abundant. Making her my primary doctor!
Waited over an hour for a checkup.
Excellent bedside manner!
My visit was wonderful! She took her time to explain my condition and also sent me home with printoutsand more information. She was very nice and was great answering all of my questions!
I have a lot of vision issues, and she was really clear about my choices, good prescription and really understanding.
The office was right down he street from me, so very convenient. The staff and Dr. Priya were courteous, professional and efficient. The offices clean and tv for waiting, although I didn't have to wait long - just enough to fill out my paperwork. I plan to use Dr. Priya as my PCD moving forward.
The office was very open, clean, and the staff very friendly. I was sent right away and liked that the doc allowed me to tell my history to put the pieces together. I've never went to a Primary Care Physician, just my annual OB check up..but I see why its necessary.
Great hours! Fast, efficient. Amazing to find a provider with Sunday hours!
So ZocDoc messed up. I can't really give a review of the doctor because she doesn't do what services ZocDoc have her listed for. She only does PapSmears. I came in looking for an IUD consult, which she can do, but she wouldn't be able to prescribe. Kind of wasted my time
I found my new PCP
This office does not recognize the appointment system from Zocdoc. I scheduled a 10:15 appointment in the Zocdoc website, filled out pre-check-in paperwork, and was told none of that mattered when I arrived.
I thought she was great! Unfortunately, upon arrival, the person at the front desk told me that the office isn't supposed to be on ZocDoc anymore as they do not accept appointments and are a walk-ins only facility. I am extremely disappointed by this as I really liked Dr. Murthy and would like to continue seeing her. I am a busy person and do not have time to sit in the waiting room should other patients be ahead of me in line. I would far prefer to be able to have a set time for an appointment. That said, again, Dr. Murthy was really helpful to me as I had a number of concerns I wanted to discuss with her. She was calming and had a lot of ideas for things to look for and to try to help me get to feeling better.
She was so friendly, so supportive and understanding, and so smart and quick with care and treatment. It was a fantastic experience all around.
When I arrived at this Urgent Care facility, the doctor was not a certified dermatologist (Which is what I scheduled this appointment for) Their computer system was incapable of processing my insurance, so the wait was extended. Waited from 12:10-12:40 while the front desk contacted the insurance company. The doctor was friendly and offered her honest feedback on what she knew about acne.
Dr murthy made be feel very comfortable easy to talk to. She now my new primary care doctor
Clean, fast, and friendly staff
she was awesome, she made me feel very welcomed and I will continue to see her.
Rude staff. Will not be returning
She was awesome!! So kind and professional and fast! I actually was quite surprised to have such a good experience in urgent care!!
She is fantastic and very personable. While she was my new doctor, I never felt uncomfortable asking any questions to her at all.
