I was pleased with the service and the recommendations made to me. This was a first appointment for me, so I arrived early. I was called into the examination room within then minutes of my appointment time.

They make me wait three weeks with an eye degeneration disease and tell me in same day my insurance doesn't cover it.

Dr. Ehrhardt was great herself, but the office staff was not helpful or polite. I called ahead to make sure they accepted my insurance and was told they did; after my appointment, I was told that my insurance was not accepted after all. It was not a good experience, and I personally will not be back to their office.
