Staff were very sweet. Doctor was nice. However I had to wait 45 to 60 minutes to see the doctor
Dr. Solanki was professional and helpful. I was there to get medical forms filled out for school and my first time experience was a great one. He is patient, answers questions in a clear matters, and is happy to offer his assistance with everything.
Most attentive service I have ever received , very pleased with my visit today
He listened and recommended a clear and sensible course of action for my problem: very satisfactory thus far.
Everyone was pleasant and very helpful
The staff was super friendly, the doctor listened to my concerns and addressed it in a timely manner. Definitely will go again.
Dr. Solanki was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He provided a lot of information for me and gave me a variety of resources. His approach to my complaints was very professional and made me feel really safe.
AVOID!!! I had a an early appointment for 9AM and showed up on time. I filled out documents and then was asked to wait. I didn't see the doctor till 10:50 PM! I will admit the office staff was very nice and sweet. Then I met with Doctor Solanki for my first time. I was brought into the room with two younger female staff members who I think were training. I was NOT asked for permission if I was comfortable with them being in the room. Doctor Solanki asked me a few questions and then went on a 5 minute speech about how to eat healthy which felt more like a quiz for the trainees. After his 5 minute food nutrition discussion he checked my heart rate and then told me he had a lot of patients to see that day and left the room. I waited nearly 2 hours for a 5 minute meeting with a doctor where i felt rushed and uncomfortable. At no point did this doctor try to make feel comfortable. I will continue my search for a good doctor. I would not recommend this place.
I had originally scheduled this appointment because I needed to get some antibiotics for a case of bronchitis and I came out with a new GP, referrals for two more doctors I’ve been needing, the antibiotics, some onsite blood work and a smile on my face. The entire staff at this office were absolutely wonderful. Quick, efficient, caring and totally sincere. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I can’t wait to go back.
The staff at 14th Street Medical Arts Center was super courteous and kind. Dr. Solanki himself was prompt, eager to assist me in all my worries, and totally understanding of the fact that I’m a hypochondriac (he walked me through everything and took the time to check out all my worries and address them appropriately). Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new PCP.
Great bedside manner, would recommend!
Very professional Dr Solanki answered all my questions I asked. I can see he was very concerned about why I came to him. He prescribed me medicine I needed to get better. He was great
Very professional office, I got blood work and an EKG on site. I needed an echocardiogram as well, and was seen right away for everything.
Dr. Solanki is always thorough and thinks outside of the box, which is refreshing.
The staff was lovely and my wait time was very quick. Dr. Solanki listened to my concerns and explained everything very well. Highly recommend!
Dr. Solanki and his staff was very kind. I felt confident in his evaluation & prognosis. Wait times to actually see the Doc and waiting for blood work was longer than I hoped (25 mins for the doc & 30 mins for blood work) but everyone in the office was busy so not much that could be done about that. Overall, a positive experience and a big shout out to Maria for drawing my blood with zero pain!
I arrived 2 minutes before my appointment (record time for me) and was seen within 2 minutes of completing my paperwork which took about 3 and a half. Everyone was extremely friendly and efficient. I would say it’s time for Dr. Solanki to update his photo though...
First , the staff was great, the receptionist very friendly and helpful, the doctor very knowledgeable and explained to me every detail, I recommended for anyone to go there and have their health checked. The wait time is not to long, I finished with everything in less than 30 mins including lab tests.
Although the wait was a little long, it was worth it to see Dr. Solanki. He was patient and explained every procedure.
He listened to all my problems and hearing the symptoms he ordered a echo. Very professional and I highly recommend.
He was very nonchalant and asked me to ask the pharmacist what to prescribe when he is the doctor. The wait was over 2 hours and the patient intake lady showed more concern about my illness than the actual doctor. Lastly I spent an extra hour in the pharmacy because never got my prescription.
Doctor Solanki smoothly delivered the peace of mind I much needed.
Awesome I will be returning. Amazing staff! Everyone's great
No wait time, no nonsense. A very organized office with flexible hours and a wide scope of services. Highly recommended.
Doctor Solanki was amazingly articulate and thorough in his examination. He was prompt and efficient in identifying the root cause to my issue. While taking a methodical approach to diagnosing underlying conditions and recommending treatment, he also dedicates time to explain and educate the patient to demystify concerns. I would highly recommend this physician for any patient's primary care needs.
Very welcoming Staff. Office clean. Dr. called my name on time and he was amazing. highly knowledge, very accurate on diagnosis and full check up.
Staff needs to be more professional. In addition, felt rushed during my consultation and the Dr. did not dedicate enough time to go over my concerns and referred me to another doctor without explaining in detail why.
Very friendly and attentive staff
Good doc. To the point and made me feel better. Would happily call him my primary care doctor.
Good guy. Explained all very clearly. Took the time to listen. Practical approach
I had to complete an absurd amount of duplicate paperwork, and then to make matters worse answer the exact same questions a third time to the nurse, which I hope Zocdoc can help remedy so that other patients are not subjected to such torture. Provider was an hour behind schedule, but once I saw him he was knowledgeable, articulate, competent, and professional. All of the support staff in the office are incredibly kind and maintain a fun atmosphere in what normally tends to be a very sterile and emotionally dead environment. I also received the most masterfully-administered and painless flu shot of my life. Despite the snags I will most likely continue to see this provider.
