Knowledgeable and caring approach
He was very kind and professional. He made me feel at ease.
Huge copay for a 90 second appointment only to be referred someone else. Yeah, I sure felt taken care of.
The medical assistant was kind yet professional, the front desk listened and cared. Once again Dr. Rego was perfect! Thank you again!!!!!
excellent physician! walked in introduced himself diagnosed me treated me and will see me for a follow up. great bedside manner. THANK YOU!
Excellent. Dr. Rego is a great communicator.
He listened to me and answered my questions
The doctor was very professional and friendly. I would recommend this facility for medical treatment
I really like Dr. Ramon but the office is so poorly run that it makes it very difficult to visit. Even with a 4:00 appointment, I wasn’t called in until 5:30, and still had to wait in the room for the doctor from there. I wish this was just a one-time occurrence but anytime I have visited this office (recent and further past) it’s a minimum 2 hours. I was a little bit annoyed also that a walk-in, first time patient was taken and seen before me, even though I had an appointment. It just shows that there is so system here whatsoever. However, Dr Ramon is a great doctor and is attentive to your needs and dedicated to helping you get better. Just know that if you decide to visit, the appointment is pointless and be prepared to wait... a long time.
Very Professional and friendly with zero wait time. I would recommend Access Medical to anyone!
His bedside manner was excellent; he listened to my symptoms and followed up on each one. I get a lot of sinus infections, and most doctors just prescribe an antibiotic and send you out the door, but Dr. Rego took the time to explain the course of treatment and was patient with my (many) questions. Even though the wait is always a little long (even with an appointment), this is my go-to urgent care place.
He was really nice and took his time to check out my problem to find the best treatment. The rest of the staff was amazing too.
This was a follow up and Dr. Rago listened attentively, addressed my needs and provided help.
Very professional, attentive and empathetic Great bedside manner. I would highly recommend him.
Gentleman and seemingly a good clinician.
The doctor and his staff are amazing, but i waited over two hours for my mid-day appointment which was frankly unacceptable. That being said, once I finally met with the doctor himself (another half hour after my vitals were taken), I am enamored with him.
Dr. Ramon and his staff were kind, welcoming, and professional. The wait was very long but the waiting room was full when I arrived. I will be back!
I was seen by Dr. Kelly Dahler and she was great!
He was very professional and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone.
I had an appointment for 1:45pm and I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. The Dr. listened to what I had to say and seemed concerned. The entire evaluation lasted less than 7 minutes, but he was precise and recommended a medication that had a positive result so far. Overall, great!
I realized this morning that he didn't listen to my lungs even though I mentioned that I hear a whistle when I breathe. I am little concerned about that. He took blood though, so hopefully if I have any issues with my lungs not being clear, it will show up in my blood work. I understand he was focusing on symptoms that I had with my vision, but I am concerned that this was not addressed. I didn't realize at the time because I was focusing on what he had to say and it only occured to me this morning.
Been her twice and both times, it took way too long , even with appointments. There was no one waiting in the waiting room so not sure why it took so long. Both times dr was sitting on computer typIng while sitting waiting to be seen.
I was very satisfied with my visit with Dr Rego. He was very polite and personable. I would definitely go back to him again.
No complaints. He was professional and helpful.
I was very sick when I went in for this appointment that was scheduled and it took me over 1 hr to see the dr. I saw him for 2-3 minutes. Then waited a 30 min for xray and then another 30 min to talk to dr. I could hear everyone saying how slow they are and the xray tech told me it would take about 3 minutes to get results. Unfortunately it didn't take 3 minutes it took 30 min. I
We had an appt and still waited over an hour. Practitioners were nice once we got in!
