Underwhelming as if she couldn't be bothered that I was there. As a new patient she spent about 6 minutes withme. No consultation at all, didn't ask me if I had any questions.

Respectfully, I don't think this doctor should be accepting new patients. I showed up 20 minutes early to fill out paperworkand I wasn't seen until 30 minutes past my appointment time. More importantly though, when I was finally seen, the doctor spent around 60 seconds with me. Like she couldn't wait to get out of there and the first thing she said was "we probably won't be able to get to everything today..." Then I was left with an assistant of some sort who could not answer questions and almost everything she did say was wrong when verified with someone else. Then I go to pay and I am asked to pay double the copay rate for a specialist. Thankfully I caught that and it was corrected. Then the office couldn't give me an estimate for the minor procedure the doctor recommended... There's more but this is enough. Hopefully everyone was having a rough day and it's not normally like this. I'm on the fence about giving them a second chance.

I loved the fact that the appointment time was right on schedule. The whole office seemed to very well organized. Dr. Phillips listened and explained what was happening to my skin. I felt she definitely had "done this before" and knew what I needed.

While she was very professional and on time. She did not to my satisfaction discuss other treatments or even give me a diagnosis until I prompted. I was told if I want the minimal amount of acne that I do have to be gone I needed to do isotretinoin- formally sold under brand name Accutane. She offered two other suggestions but I was informed they would not last. When we know so much about body and health connection I would’ve appreciated other potential changes I could make lifestyle or nutrition wise. It doesn’t hurt to try other things before trying a medication that comes with intense side effects.. A little more conversation would’ve been appreciated instead of being informed isotretinoin would be the cure all- when we know some individuals will have their acne come back even after being on this extreme medication. But, alas this is what our country seems to want to do push medications when there are potential other things that could be done, so can not fault her as a provider she is just doing what she has been taught.

Her bedside manner was lacking and she gave me a quick diagnosis. It was rather brusque and it made me question the accuracy of her diagnosis. The treatment she prescribed did end up working, so it was accurate.

I had a massive pimple that she was able to resolve easily. She offered her direct contact information for me to provide feedback and stop back in for another steroid boost if the first one didn't resolve anything.

The doctor was in and out, seeing several patients at a time, and felt like she didn't really hear me out on my issue. I wasn't happy with her attitude towards my condition (she basically wrote it off, but I was able to find another doctor and I'm it's 100% cleared out now.)

My appointment with Dr. Phillips was good, the office location is very convenient for me and the whole process took maybe 5 minutes. I got there around 10 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork, and seen a couple minutes before my appointment. I think I was with Dr. Phillips for maybe 5 minutes, she prescribed me some medicine and then I was off.

I saw Dr. Phillips several times over a year and a half and was always underwhelmed with the quality of care the and her bedside manner. I only returned to her so many times because I needed refills on my prescriptions and it was easy to get an appointment that worked with my busy schedule. On several occasions Dr. Phillips was more than 30 minutes late, and she always seemed to be in a hurry to move onto her next patient. One time I had 2 different skin issues that I wanted to address and Dr. Phillips told me that she only had time to talk to me about one of them and that I needed to choose which one was the most important (she suggested I book another appointment for my other question). Additionally, I didn't find that Dr. Phillips was very thorough when I asked for an annual skin review. I would not recommend Dr. Phillips.

Checked in right on time - I waited 20 minutes before the Dr. Phillips came in to see me. She was straight and to the point. She stepped out to right a prescription and never came back (her assistant brought it to me). I had a few questions to ask but wasn't able to since she never came back.

Overall good appointment. I went for a mole checkup and she determined really quickly that it was healthy. Would have liked that she wouldn't expedite the appointment after that though

I felt rushed about the whole process. She did a quick mole check and a just looked at one more of issues quickly and insisted on making another appointment for something that would only take 2-4 minutes to discuss and diagnose. I would say overall I am not particularly impressed with the professionalism. Her PA was also unprofessional and had poor beside manner.

Dr. Phillips seemed hesitant to answer questions about the medicines she was prescribing (of which there were quite a few) and left the room abruptly mid-consultation. She spent very little time with the actual examination.

The secretary asked me what I wanted to talk about to the doctor, and I mentioned three quick questions that I had for the doctor. Then, the doctor entered the room asking me: "What is the most important thing that you want to talk about today? Pick one". I didn't understand why I had to pick just one, and she insisted and insisted on that... "Imagine that you had to pick just one, what it would be?". It looks like you can't bring more than one issue in a single consultation. I didn't like the treatment, it was disrespectful and unprofessional. Never going back.
