Exceedingly informative about the treatment (incl. the theory behind it) what you should expect to feel in terms of sensations, aches, etc. Very relaxing environment + as mentioned above, a great bedside manner.
Dr. Kaplan is extremely knowledgeable, caring, courteous and forthcoming. All-in-all I would recommend Dr. Kaplan without hesitation or reservation.
Dr. Kaplan took excellent care with me. He listened and answered all of my questions. I was having a horrible pain in my neck, which prompted my first visit. With acupuncture was gone immediately. Since then, we have worked on other issues, such as lack of energy and digestion issues, and I have experienced a lot of relief.
