Great. From the time I walk into the office until I walked out of the office, the entire staff was very pleasant, kind, and easy to relate with. I would definitely schedule another appointment with this doctor fan this front office staff. Very professional! The office is also brand new cama very clean, and very accessible.
It was done pretty quick. I was looking for a bit more to be done but she helped answer most of my questions.
Dr. Bhatnagar was able answer all of my questions to my satisfaction and was personable and was not in a rush to complete my visit since I had several questions concerning my condition. Advice given was acceptable and was not difficult to accomplish. Was very pleased since I am a fairly new patient of hers (second visit).
I think she was very personal and showed she cared. Explained everything and give advice.
She was very courteous and presentable
Very professional and attentive. Great facilities and validated parking.
This was my first visit to Dr. B (as everyone else in the office was calling her). While the atmosphere of the office was peaceful, I still didn't feel completely comfortable being there; aside from my reasoning for the visit in the first place. Everyone was nice including Dr. B but I didn't feel as though anyone really cared about my situation. If I make a doctor's visit, I want to feel comfortable with where I am and feel like the people care. And I just didn't feel that way. As I walked through different parts of the office, I got stared at in strange ways that made me feel as though I was being judged. I didn't like that. Instead of feeling relieved, I left feeling a bit worse... I don't think I will go back.
She was very kind and courteous . I will keep going to her as y primary doctor.
Dr B. is very nice, very professional as are her staff. I'm glad to find a primary physician in such a handy spot.
The wait time was less than 2 mins, especially since I had done the forms online. All I had to do was sign the online forms for accuracy. The Dr was very nice and pleasant. Look forward to keeping her as my primary care physician.
One of the things I really love about Dr. B. is she listens. She doesn't half listen having already made up her mind or come to a solution; she actually listens to everything I have to say about what is troubling me, what I've tried, and how I think we should proceed. That alone is worth its weight in gold.
The visit went well. I did feel like I was doing most of the talking. I wish she had more to say.
Dr B was really cool. She was very easy to talk to and knowledgeable about things.
Very informative, helped me with all concerns I had, she was really nice and patient with me. It took me quite some time to pick a new Primary ( and I am very picky when it comes to my Dr's). I'm happy to say I picked the right one. Thanks for making me fill comfortable with my decision!!
She was pleasant and knowledgeable about my needs
Very professional.Great bedside manner.
I was very disappointed. In a way, I felt that I would be rushed out of the clinic because I only have Medicare and Medicaid. She asked about my problem. I said one thing -- I have chest pain. She asked if I smoked cigarettes. I said yes, but I have quit. She said she was going to give me a form to take to Kaiser Permanente. That was it. She left. She did it so quick that I had no chance to ask or even initiate a conversation. Very briefly, I saw that she smirked when I said I have been a smoker for many years. This doctor was not good. When I was on the street, I wondered if she treats rich patients the same way. Or just me, because that is what many doctors do -- rush patients on Medicare and Medicaid like they are on assembly line. Unbelievable. Very unprofessional.
She is very personable and friendly. She always smiles and listens to you when you address your concerns. I'm glad I chose her as my physician.
Good and informative!
It was good. I have plenty of more visits to go.
She was awesome. I didn't have to wait at all. She was very respectful and very resourceful.
