Love Dr. Abraham! She is thorough and kind. Her staff, however, need some polishing regarding customer service. They seem to always be in a rush and don't listen as well as they think they do. Although polite, sometimes it takes a little more patience and empathy to make your patient feel comfortable.
she was very good in clarifying the issues I had when she saw me. I felt very pleased with her results in my evaluation of my stomach pain.
Dr. Abraham was wonderful but her staff are a different story. Extremely unprofessional and I have yet to receive test results weeks after having tests. I've called several times, they say the'll back but have yet to do so. I'd never go back because of them. If you are at wits end to have a diagnosis for your condition look somewhere else or you'll be left in the dark about your condition and results from any tests that you may have.
She is great doctor but the front office is not that good and waiting time is very long. 1.5 hour
Its difficult to diagnose without touching a patient. I specifically told her I had a very recent history with an eating disorder. She prescribed me a restrictive low FODMAP diet without running any tests. Also prescribed me a medication...again with no tests. Never went back, would not recommend.
Actual visit was great but office people barely paid attention to you. Was standing there for 15+ minutes just waiting for them to print something out for me. And also some information not given to me that was discussed with Doctor
The doctor was nice and was reassuring. However .... why did it take them 4 months to get my lab results in? I kept calling and all they did was tell me they would call me back! It was only when I got really upset that they offered to give me my results. She also prescribed me this outrageously expensive medication.
A caring professional
Dr. Rini Abraham took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything to me clearly, without talking down or trying to rush the visit. She was very professional and helpful, and I felt comfortable talking with her. Would definitely recommend her to others!
She is attentive and listened to you, doesn't rush the appointment.
My impression of Dr. Abrahm is that She is a warm and caring Doctor, I felt very comfortable speaking with her and she really listened to me as I explained the "issues" I have been going through.
She was very attentive and very open to finding a solution to my problem. I really felt like I was being heard. That is most important to me.
Excellent. She was very thorough, careful in obtaining accurate information, provided clear explanations, and did not seem the least bit rushed despite seeing me on New Year's Eve. Office staff was exceptionally friendly. Great visit!
She was the best..finally found someone to take the time out to listen to my concerns and not think im crazy. Great doctor. Will definitely see her again and recommend to anyone.
