I am thrilled to find Dr. Einhorn. He is very nice, very friendly and down to earth. You feel like you're talking with a friend. I greatly appreciate that he has a plan for each of my foot issues. He is very patient and thorough. My wait times are at a minimum as long as I get an early appointment.
Very thorough! I would definitely recommend this doctor!!!!
He was very professional, friendly and smiled. He listened to what I had to say and was great at treating my issue. One of the nicest doctors I've ever experienced.
If you want to be seen right away.. don't expect it. And some of the nurses have an attitude
Great Experience! Dr. Einhorn explained everything and gave me detailed instructions on follow up care.
Even though the wait was a little long, Dr. Einhorn was so great! He listened to all my concerns, didn't rush me, and made sure I was comfortable with the diagnosis and plan. Would highly recommend!
I had to complete more medical information for their file. I thought I had plantar fasciitis. They took me in and look at my feet. They scrap the callus off. Clean my thick toe nails. They questioned and took x-Ray. They advised that I need foot mold support. They used plaster to mold my feet. They gave me a foot whirlpool and cold therapy. I will go back again for more therapy. I am wearing my ankle support now.
it's a good thing dr. einhorn was GREAT, because I waited 90 minutes to see him. the waiting room needs a little updating, exam rooms are very clean, office staff is pleasant. dr. einhorn was friendly, knowledgable, comforting and honest. he didn't rush me and explained everything well. really impressed. I am going back in a few weeks.
Dr. Einhorn kept me calm during my procedure and the ladies at the front desk were lovely.
Offiice staff were efficient, medical assistant and Doctor were personable and professional. Highly recommend
Great doctor and staff! Wait time was long but they were pretty packed and both doctor and nurse apologized for the wait. Very attentive and great personality and listening skills.
Dr and medical staff were great. Front people a bit rude
Not one complaint
Amazing , professional
These people were amazing!!! So kind and really went above and beyond. I almost want to have another foot issue just so I can go back. There was a bit of a wait but it was well worth it. They will definitely take care of you
Best foot doctor ever I have no more to say
Really personable, excellent bedside manner, very thorough. I am so glad that I found him.
Great Doctor... He did an amazing job with my ingrown toe nails...
Office atmosphere was pleasant. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. I will be returning for a follow up visit in a few weeks. Unfortunately he does not take my insurance. I also had to sign a general consent form permitting him to do a multitude of procedures, before I even met him. It made me a little uncomfortable.
Other than waiting for the appointment for 30 minutes, the receptionist said the first visit requires the staff to input the paperwork (which I got there early to fill out, so I am counting 30 minutes from my scheduled appointment, not the total wait time of 45 minutes from arrival) - so I waited patiently to be called. There are 4 treatment rooms and they were all busy. The staff finally called me in and did the preliminary exam/blood pressure, and started doing the casting for my new orthotics (the main reason I needed the appointment). The process was relatively quick. Next came the whirl pool to soften the callouses, and after that Dr. Einhorn examined my feet and scraped away the rough stuff. He also did a quick x-ray to look for bone spurs (which I had on my right foot - no wonder that hurts!). The orthotics should be ready in 3 -4 weeks and hopefully that will resolve my issues (plantar faciitis). Dr. Einhorn has a wonderful bedside manner and is very friendly.
Everyone from the front desk staff, to the techs, to Dr. Einhorn himself was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. i am happy to have my feet in the care of such a great team! And Dr. Einhorn's bedside manner is excellent! He made a point to include on my chart that I was getting married and going on my honeymoon--I thought that was a nice personal touch and demonstrates how Dr. Einhorn takes the time to get to know his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Einhorn and his team!
One of my best visits . Thank You
