We made an appointment for 10:00 a.m. the night before. I called to make sure they had received all the info and they did however they stated I could fill out forms online to fasten up the check in process soI did. We arrived at 9:58, checked in, and told there was a 2 in a half hour wait. I told the receptionist we had a 10:00 a.m. appt and even filled out all the paperwork online. She said ok and we would be called back shortly. We waited almost an hour and 30 mins. We got up and asked THREE different times why I wasn't called back yet because others were being called back and the receptionist said they may have forgotten and she was sorry. It was RIDICULOUS. Then we don't even see the dr I made an appt for we see a Physician Assistant who says she can't prescribe me anything at all. I told her NOTHING? I have a fever, chills, body ached, a HORRIBLE sore throat. She said well maybe something for your throat I just normally don't prescribe it because it taste nasty. What the heck?! I was so disappointed never going back

It was implied that this physician was a primary care doctor. I showed up to their very unprofessional and rundown office and was instructed that they were unable to give physicals that day because they were an urgent care.
