Sure, you've been working all day and can get grumpy, but you don't have to shove your I'm-so-fed-up attitude at me. You're a doctor, I'm expecting just a TINY bit of nurture? This visit was extremely impersonal and I will notreturn for a second visit. I had to ASK for my diagnosis, and both doctor and assistant were extremely unfriendly and cold.

The wait time was minimal and the service was excellent. The Dr made me feel comfortable very quickly and my visit went very well compared to my past experiences. I would recommend if your looking for a good Dr you can't go wrong here.

This was my first visit with Dr Lerch. My appointment was at 5 pm and I was seen at 5 pm. The doctor and his assistant was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. I like his professionalism and I would recommend him to any of my friends.

saw me for less than five minutes, did not attempt to explain my condition to me. Not sensitive to the fact that I don't have insurance--prescribed expensive meds without explaining what they will do for my condition.
