Had to wait 45 minutes to see doctor for a 15 min appt. He seemed in a hurry but listened and came up with a diagnostic plan. However I had to ask how to find out about labs and prescriptions he said he would order.
Dr. Roberts is a wonderful doctor.
Dr. Roberts is always quick and to the point on health issues. I appreciate his honesty and sharing with me fully his thoughts on all issues. I consider my professional relationship, physician - patient to be as close to perfection as we can ask for.
Doctor Roberts and his team have done a great job for me. Had sinus surgery by Doctor Roberts that went very well and visits have been great. He is always available and most importantly, I feel good and can breathe! Thanks, Jay
They listened got to the point and gave me a plan of action. Everyone was nice and supportive
I have been a patient of Dr. Roberts for years. I have had chronic ear problems my entire life, so I have seen many ENT doctors. Dr. Roberts has always treated me with respect and wonderful care. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
As always Dr. Roberts was very personably and very thorough. Determined to get a diagnosis and I really appreciate that.
He seemed very capable and was easy to talk to.
I'm at the Dr.'s office today.. a nurse comes into the room and asks the usual preliminary questions, like why I'm seeing the Dr. (which of course they already know). I reply that I'm back for treatment now to get better claim results with new a new insurance Co. The nurse replies.. "we can sign you up with Medicare". I should have played along, feigned a stroke, as well as acting as if I thought she was my old dog shep. But after all, the Dr. might have gotten peeved at my harassing the poor young lady.
Beautiful offfice, wonderful receptionists, pleasant MA and RN. Dr Roberts is professional, easy to talk with, and took his time with me. Very proficient and kind.
I liked Dr. Roberts. I think that he gave me good advice. His treatment was very effective, and I recommend him.
I met with Dr. Hillary Lowenstein; excellent Dr., great personality and bedside manner. She handled my issues efficiently and effectively. Very well done!
Dr. Roberts knows his stuff - he's also pretty conservative in treatment, insisting on proper diagnosis before prescribing. You definitely don't go to him and request an antibiotic for a runny nose. I think he's actually quite sympathetic. He's my 3rd ENT, and this one is a keeper.
Dr. Roberts is great. He takes the time to explain everything in a way the patient understands and will involve the patient in decisions regarding their healthcare.
I've been a patient of Dr. Roberts for many years. Great doctor! Very attentive and concerned with my health. Very good with procedures as needed. I highly recommend him and his great staff.
Dr. Roberts is great. He listens to patient questions/concerns and takes the time to explain and then allows the patient to be engaged in their healthcare. Very refreshing!
Scheduling my appointment online and filling out paper work was fast and easy. The staff was wonderful and the Dr. Roberts was great. I would Highly recommend Mt. Scott clinic and Dr. Roberts.
Dr. Roberts was very attentive when I talked to him about my symptoms. He explained how he arrived at his diagnosis and didn't talk down to me. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional.
Bob...Ahem, Robert has an awesome manner and I would recommend him. The staff there is even better than the Doctor (That is saying a lot) I love coming to Mt Scott ENT.
I've been a patient of Dr. Roberts for over two years now. I'm really comfortable with him and his staff.
Dr. Roberts has helped unravel a medical dilemma I've had for several months when my primary care failed to recognize certain symptoms I was experiencing. Dr. Roberts "listened" to me and HEARD what I was concerned about and set me in the right direction for a diagnosis. I really do not have enough words to express how grateful I am! He came into the mix of thing at just the right time and didn't brush off my concerns.
It was great, he really listened to my concerns and explained things to me in detail that I could understand!
Dr Roberts was very receptive to listening to all my issues. He was patient and was reactive to treating all of my systems. Feeling 85% better already.
great, doc is direct and to the point!
Dr. Roberts diagnosed an issue that impacted my swallowing, hearing and sinuses. I have hope that I can get better after seeing him.
Nice, courteous & friendly staff, all were very efficient, Dr. Roberts listened to me trying to explain symptoms, examined nasal-sinus area & recommended a c.a.t. scan. I finally feel there is going to be resolution to this problem.
Very nice and explains things very well.
Very friendly, honest, and professional!
I had sinus surgery with him already a few years ago - he's great. Straightforward, clear, not overly quick to go to surgery but wants to make sure it is the right decision medically. Also, if you didn't already know, a D.O. (doctor of osteopathy) is exactly like an MD but with EXTRA training -- their training is usually a little more holistic and takes into account systems-wide connections throughout the body. Some D.O.'s are trained to do osteopathic (bone) manipulations (chiropractics is like a non-regulated offshoot of some of this aspect -- not at all related to D.O.'s), but many D.O.'s just do regular doctory specialities, including (obviously) surgery. Anyway, highly recommended.
a great doctor! He's thorough, explains things so a layperson can understand, and was good explaining his methods of examination to the medical student that was shadowing him.
He was very helpful and professional.
Dr. Roberts is very polite and friendly! I would recommend him to all my friends and family!
